I can’t say enough good things about Mel Crump Services! My son flushed a toy down the toilet, and they came out the same day to try and fix it. That night around 9pm, I texted them with an update that we were still having issues, and to my surprise, they responded right away and even offered to come back out that night! We agreed to try again the next morning, and sure enough, they showed up first thing. They spent a good amount of time making sure everything was completely unclogged and working properly, and they didn’t charge anything extra for the follow-up visit. Their dedication, responsiveness, and fair pricing really stood out. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for honest, dependable help. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Mel and Jerry showed up right when scheduled for the initial service call. We were quickly able to pinpoint the problem and discuss the solutions. A couple days later, Mel, Jerry, and Chris returned and we were all able to work together to get a new drain line laid in a timely manner. You all were genuinely great to work with. They all listened to me, were personable, and the price for a whole slew of plumbing issues was absolutely reasonable. Jerry and Danny came out to replace my water heater and were faster than I thought was possible! Only a couple hours and they were done, and they were friendly and funny the whole time to boot! Highly recommend this company and especially these two techs, they were above and beyond.
