Patricio Blanco was our technician and he did such a thorough inspection. He found the issue, educated us, and we ended up getting a membership and also having additional services done in a few weeks. He was so polite, genuine, and kind. He made us feel cared about, left us with so much peace of mind, and more importantly a cooler home! Service was above and beyond excellent. After reading his other reviews, it shows he provides outstanding service consistently!! Highly recommend him, this man deserves a promotion!

Edit*** After this review i received quick resolution. I am bumping it up to a 3 star because it shouldn't take a negative review to get an issue resolved. I have used Strittmatter for 12 years and always had great service until now. We called them out for a blocked main line that turned into a full sewer line replacement. Our initial plumber, Moe, was great. Very professional and answered all of our questions. The next week they began work, everything was going pretty smooth and then all communication stopped. We had to call several times to get the backfill done. We were told since we got the main line replaced they would refund the $500 charge for the drain cleaning. As of this review there has been no refund and the clean outs haven't been capped. I've called and left multiple messages however Abe, the plumbing manager, doesn't return my calls. I just want the job completed and the refund i was promised.

I want to take a moment to recognize and deeply thank Jamal McDuffie for going above and beyond during a recent urgent service call at my dad’s home. From the moment he arrived, Jamal was professional, courteous, and clearly highly skilled at what he does. We had been dealing with an AC issue that caused a lot of stress, especially in the middle of the summer heat. While others may have overlooked the root of the problem, Jamal took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, identify the real issue, and resolve it promptly and effectively. His hard work and determination were immediately apparent—he didn’t stop until everything was running smoothly. Jamal exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also provided exceptional customer service. He communicated everything clearly, explained each step of the process, and made sure we felt informed and confident throughout. His calm, understanding demeanor during such a critical time was truly appreciated. He is extremely professional, dependable, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. Frymire should know they have an exceptional technician on their team. If I could request a technician for any future service, I would choose Jamal without hesitation. He’s the kind of professional every company should be proud to have—dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Thank you, Jamal, for your outstanding service. Update 2 & 3: More than 2 (now 4) weeks and still no contact. If you aren't going to stand behind your work, then don't have employees like Brandon Watts promising refunds for damages you cause. Paid 17k but they won't refund less than $400 for a repair they caused. A review for the work done at my parents house: The work itself was mostly fine but they promised them a refund because failure to properly clear the lines after the repair resulted in the washing machine needing repairs. The initial refund was promised around July 7th. Two months and numerous calls later and they just keep promising the refund will be processed in a few days. They stated that they stand behind their work but that is not the case. Horrible way to treat a customer that paid them over 17k when the refund is less than $400.

Absolutely awesome work, Daniel!!! He was so informative and kind. He explained everything so we could properly care for our system. He was super fast and great communication as well. Called this morning. Already up and running same day! Amazing! Signing up for the service plan too!

Strittmatter did a fantastic job with my water heater replacement! The price was reasonable, Dustin was super friendly, explained everything in detail, took the time to make sure everything was done right, and even gave me some tips to help me maintain my water heater and make it last. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Mark was very professional and helpful is servicing our HVAC unit. He explained everything thoroughly ensuring I understood the service being provided and final results.
