It’s always tough finding a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company, and anxiety-inducing. My wife and I have been using Absolute and have had a great experience so far. Logan came out recently to perform a regularly scheduled maintenance as part of the subscription plan - he was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We feel their prices are competitive as well. We also like their approach to customer service - they are responsive and we like the quick bio provided of the technician prior to their visit.

The first appointment I had with this company was fine. My technician was very knowledgeable and kind. He didn’t have all the parts he needed in his work truck so he had to leave and come back several times, partly because when he did leave, he brought back the wrong parts. My bigger issue is scheduling. At the end of my service, we purchased the home Maintenance plan, in full, which includes services to the furnace and air conditioner. Naturally, I wanted to get scheduled, so I responded to the email they sent out and the scheduling person just assigned me a date and time, without first asking my availability or telling me what some of the opening were. I had to reschedule, which was several weeks out, she said they were busy. Ok, that’s fine because that’s what worked best for my schedule. Ultimately though, it didn’t matter AT ALL because, when I get my confirmation for the appointment they changed the time. I called to see what happened, and the woman said I don’t know what happened. I can see it was originally scheduled for the morning but we can’t honor that time because we’re already too busy, but we can reschedule for a different time if that would be helpful. I declined because we are literally unavailable until mid-december. I’ve already been using the furnace a fair bit. I want it serviced, I’ve already prepaid for the service, I scheduled at the beginning of October, it’s now the end of the month and this is what they do. Proceed with caution with this company. I’m wishing I didn’t purchase the home maintenance package at all.

Needed a garbage disposal replacement and Jeremy was amazing! Got a same day appointment, Jeremy was right on time, and he got the job done quickly and effectively. The price was fair and he even helped clean up the area afterwards! I have been using Absolute for various services for more than 5 years and it is always a 5 star experience. Thank you!!

We needed a ground wire replace on a light fixture. I found Absolute on google and decided to reach out. They were able to get a technician out that day. Communication was top notch. I was sent a picture and a little bio of the technician that was being sent out. I thought this was awesome for security purposes. Austin showed up and was so friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up scheduling a ceiling light/fan to be installed as well as the light fixture being fixed. Austin and James came to install and were so nice and efficient! They got everything done so quickly. My son and dog loved them both too! We will definitely be using Absolute for future electrical & plumbing in the future!

Jeremy Anderson of Absolute Plumbing did an absolutely fine job in replacing our worn out sink disposal unit. The appointment started right on time. Jeremy was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and did the job quickly and cleanly. He even gave me a quick education on our plumbing issues. The cost was lower than expected and his advice will save us repairs in the future

My wife and I have been needing to reduce ESD in our low-humidity house by getting a humidifier and we needed a lot of furnace work and other things done. We have some of the hardest water you can find here in Aurora, some of our brand new faucets of only five months have lime scale deposits due to the mineral buildup. Absolute has an incredible package where you can pay an annual amount (which cost less than a furnace cleaning quoted by another company) and they will come out and do free checks on your electrical and plumbing and such, and it including the cleaning anyway. It also includes discounts on any other maintenance items you may need. We decided to do a pretty big package and have them install a self maintaining water filter system and a no maintenance water softener. We also had a steam humidifier installed and they fixed our furnace basically for free because they were doing this other work. After an amazing experience with both finance and the multiple sections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, they also sent us a thank you package that we were totally not expecting in the mail! I have never had a company do this before and felt it was urgent that we leave a good review because it was such a heartwarming gift, after an already completed business transaction! Highly recommend and with this many positive reviews it’s apparent they are a quality company.

Totally awesome experience. Scheduling was easy. The end results were great. Beau understood exactly what we needed. He was professional, courteous, efficient and respectful of us and our property. He clearly explained the process. He represents the company very well. For other future needs we will definitely contact Absolute. We highly recommend this company.
