We've just had the most horrible experience with Rooter Town/Mr Rooter. Three years ago they came out to clear a blocked sink and ended up replacing our main line. They charged us $24k, but assured us that if anymore problems arose that they would be covered under a 5 year warranty. Now they're trying to tell us that they won't cover repairs even though they inspected the entire line and guaranteed that everything was like a brand new build, and if we ever had any problems to call them and they'd fix it free of charge. On top of all that, the manager Jordan was dismissive and rude. This is unacceptable, terrible customer service for a job we paid a premium price for to ensure we would never be faced with these problems again.
Tyler and his crew were amazing! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Their quote was well below all the competition, and we ended up getting a lot more done! It can be difficult to find a quality, affordable plumber. Glad we know about Rooter Town now!
What a disaster! NO INTEGRITY! They told my landlord she had a broken sewer line and she agreed to fix the 8' stretch in the yard, away from the house and tree roots that clog the line every year. Then he puts the camera down there after the fix is done and says you need your whole line replaced. Never went in the direction of the house and sold my landlord on a fuzzy screen in the sunlight that you couldnt see anything on. He says, "Usually it would be $28,000 but we can do it for $26,000 if you do it today." My landlord talked him down to $18,000 before I finally told her to stop and make them leave. Sewer lines are $5,000-11,000. These people are crooks. They also tore up the landscape and broke all 4 irrigation lines when they came to back fill the hole. First 1 star review I have ever given.
We had major plumbing issues, cracked pipes, leaking water, etc. under our house. James H and Tyler H responded quickly and figured things out for us. They are both very knowledgeable and professional, very easy to work with answered all our questions. They spent the day at our house and everything is replaced and fixed with the best materials compared to what we had. Thank you so much for your quick response to us, we appreciate your help!
I have used Rooter Town on two projects. In the first, they responded quickly to an urgent break that allowed my family to get back to life within hours. Rooter Town also provided me with peace of mind on a permanent fix all the way to the main line which provides me peace of mind as I don’t have to worry about really costly fixes down the road. Throughout it all, the Rooter Town staff has been incredibly friendly, understanding, and responsive. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
We had to have an 18 foot stretch of sewage pipe between our house and the city of Boulder main line replaced. It was a big job that required digging a trench 10' deep, 4' wide and 20' long. The job could not have gone more smoothly. They protected my two prized honey locusts that they had to maneuver the machinery around. It required three locates and all three showed up that morning like clockwork. It also required an inspection from the city of Boulder, which is brutal to schedule. We just finished a reno that took more than a year and nearly a dozen inspections. I have no idea how they were able to get the inspector to our house right when they needed him to inspect the new pipe before filling the hole back in. After a year of having people working on our house I was really bummed to have to have more work done, but rooter town made the whole project as good as it could have been. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.
Had an emergency back-up of our sewer line last Saturday. Rooter Town sent someone out within 2 hours to snake the line and could not get through the blockage. Clark came the following morning with a scope and determined we had several tree roots growing in through the joints but the pipes were good, thankfully. Clark recommended adding access points in the pipe to allow for a thorough cleaning. They had an excavation team out within an hour and we were up and running in no time. The excavators did an amazing job to not tear our lawn up and made a clean hole that patched up seamlessly. We were very happy with the promptness of Rooter Town in fixing our problem and the excellent service they provided to us.
