I’ve used Triple S on two large projects; a full sewer line replacement from our house to the city main, and to remove and replace a sewer line that broke under our basement slab. Triple S did an amazing job for both. The work was done quickly and done right! The crews that performed the work were respectful of our time, our house, and our family. The owners are amazing people and truly care about their business and that shows in the quality of people they hire and the work they do. I won’t hesitate to call them again if anything ever needs repaired. I can’t recommend Triple S enough. You won’t regret calling them.

They came, they conquered when others couldn't! Rick and his team were able to successfully power spray/ jet my clogged and backed up sewer line saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. These guys were persistent and determined! They take great pride in what they do! I can't thank them enough!

Let me tell you about how awesome Rick & Desiree are at Triple S sanitary and sewer services! I am a realtor/ investor and I needed about 5-7 sewer lines replaced in a month. I called Rick up on every single one of them and he did a fantastic job every single time. He was always on time, always competitive with pricing and always completed the jobs in a timely manner. He has done many things for our properties such as sink line installations & other plumber work. In total we have worked on over 10 sewers and I’m am beyond happy with their service. I contacted Triple S for a scoping and fix of a drainage pipe. They were responsive prior to the first step of scoping. After scoping they asked me to pay for the scoping and let me know it would be part of the payment package for the drainage pipe fix, they’d send me an video, and that they would call me. After reaching out over 20 times I finally got someone of the phone and they said they would send me both the video and give me a quick call back. Another month and 20+ calls and an email later I can’t get anyone to talk to me. I can’t even get my video for the scoping so I can engage a different contractor. Due to the unfulfilled service and delivery of the video and further agreed upon work I will be disputing to get my money back and leaving this poor review with the company.

Second time using these guys and it will be my last time. First time they charged me 250 to repair a broken pipe. Alonzo did a fantastic job. Second time is a totally different story. They informed me that they needed to cut into wall to get to the broken pipe and it would be 350 dollar charge just to cut into the wall and additional charges if repairs needed to be made. Which was fine, it sounded like a lot of work. I get home from work and find that my wall was not cut. Instead they cut into the ceiling no bigger than a shoebox. They did repair the pipe which was in another room and did not require any walls being cut out. I called the owner Rick and I asked him why I was being charged 750 dollars total. He proceeded to argue with me and started antagonizing me that I didn’t have the money pay him. I tried to explain to him but he would just talk to me in condescending manner and that he would put a lien on my property. He also accused me of making an appointment with him in the past and cancelling. Which is 100% not true. It was irritating and I lost my cool and we started a yelling match. The whole experience was a nightmare. I honestly believed that they were charging me 350 to cut into a wall where the broken pipe was located in the basement bedroom and not the ceiling above the living room. The 400 dollar repair job doesn’t bother me. It’s just the fact they charged me an additional 350 to cut a hole no bigger than a shoebox. 750 dollars total bill. I posted a picture. You be the judge. Tell me if that is right.
