Zoom Drain

Can’t rate Zoom Drain and Plumbers Shawn Woodward and Jayden high enough! I need more than 5 stars. I had 2 master plumbers out prior and they could not find the source of my problem which was a sewer smell in my house. Shawn and Jayden identified the issue and corrected it in a hour. Great professionals, detailed and impressive. Plus they are great all around people. Thanks Zoom and Shawn and Jayden.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink. A different plumber came out to help us and they weren’t able to clear the line. They gave us a very expensive quote to resolve it. $10,000 Shawn from Zoom Drain came out and unclogged our kitchen line in less than two hours. He was determined to fix our problem. He was friendly and communicated everything he did while he worked with us. We’re only calling Zoom Drain from now on. They’re an honest company and will try to fix the problem affordably. The admin team is great as well, very kind. 10/10

Saul and Shane were awesome! They were very polite and knowledgeable. We've had a blocked bathroom sink drain for A LONG TIME. They both agreed that a simple approach would be the best way to start (and the most cost-effective) with the understanding that if that didn't work, they had other options that would require additional costs. However, they had the time to get started even though they were here just for a consult. We felt comfortable with them trying the initial solution and see where we would go from there. With a lot of elbow grease and great senses of humor, they were able to fix our drainage problem with their original solution - saving us lots of time and money! We are so grateful for their time and expertise. We will definitely refer them/Zoom Drain to friends and family, and will of course be using them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Had issues with our kitchen sink not draining James came out and looked at the job after seeing an issue with the drain pipe and the configuration under the sink he gave me an estimate and timeframe he showed up and worked for about four hours fixing and verifying the work was done correctly he cleaned up the areas he was in. I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic his communication skills were excellent. I would recommend him and zoom drain for your plumbing work

Saul came out on a holiday for an initial inspection of two 20+ year toilets. He was quick and friendly, helping me to up an appointment to have them replaced. Richard was fantastic. He was very quick installing a new toilet upstairs and it works perfectly. We ran into some trouble with a 9" rough in downstairs, but Richard was great about looking into other options for me. In the end, he refurbished the old toilet and it is working better than it has since I moved in. No more wobbling! Zoom Drain was a pleasure to work with and I cannot thank Richard enough for the extra time and effort he put into helping me out with a wonky bathroom.

Great job. Needed a pipe cleared and replaced. Saul and Shane showed up on time and got the job done in one day! Very hard workers, nice guys, and reasonably priced. Very much willing to work with their customers and take care of them. Great job!

We needed a new expansion tank and a quote for some renovation projects. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and Derek had the work completed in a couple hours and price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again!
