Rogers Septic Maintenance & Repair

Rogers septic provided multiple estimates to fix my septic system. After an estimate and scheduled repair, a different person came out and said the repair would not work and something else was needed. The next time they did a portion of the repair and then charged for the whole repair. Run away and do not use this company.

This company is Outstanding! We had a septic system that needed to be replaced where there is a high water table. Two companies passed on it but Rick agreed to do it, met our timeframe, and was very reasonable in price and process. We are extremely pleased and grateful! I think it was a miracle!

This company is great! We had them run water for us to a new horse farm we're building. They kept us updated along the way and were extremely easy to work with.

Dennis went the extra mile trying to resolve an unexpected issue when installing a new pump. I greatly appreciate the time spent and effort in resolving the problem that I had.

I chose Rogers over Bob's because their upfront cost was $200 cheaper! Rogers was able to get me pumped the same afternoon that I called and the gentleman, Darrell, who came out was more than patient with me and gave me a short class on my septic system that was VERY much appreciated! I will recommend then to anyone and everyone with a septic tank!

On a Sunday morning the underground line running from our septic tank to our house broke right at the house foundation. We called after hours and spoke with a tech immediately. The following morning I spoke with a very helpful lady in the office, and an hour later Denny was at my house. He did a thorough evaluation, quoted an estimate, and said they would try to get the work done Thursday or Friday. We were prepared to be without water and toilets for a few days. This morning (only two days after my first call) I spoke with their office again to see about getting on the schedule. The owner said they could get it done today, and less than an hour later they were hard at work! They dug up and replaced the decrepit line, which was crumbling badly, and got it done in just a few hours! And the price was amazing! Seriously, I don't know why anyone would use any other company. The boss himself was on the job! And everyone was so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and patient with this novice. Roger's is proof that angels walk among us, because they saved us! If you need help, don't hesitate to call. If I could give 1000 stars I would!

Attentive, left the site looking great, stayed patient when the underground water line was marked in the wrong place (10’ off!). They were fabulous.
