Jay and Dawson were great! Very nice. I have a broken drainage pipe that turned out to be worse than expected. Really tried to give me all options and prices. Answered all my questions. Glad I chose this company! Mike and Dawson came back to complete the job. I have a functioning laundry room and couldn't be happier.

I called -Tom-Plumber on a Monday morning I had an awful mess with my dishwasher leaking. The person I spoke to was very friendly and answered all my questions. Mitch was able to arrive the next morning. He is such a good employee so very friendly and informative of all the questions I had. My dishwasher was a tug because of previous faulty installation but he hung in there always with a smile on his face. He reassured me that my dishwasher was causing my leaking problems and that it would be okay. I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience I had with Mitch . I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new experienced plumber. You will be totally pleased with the outcome. The price is very reasonable which I appreciated. Thank you so much. Mitch, you made this nightmare go away.

Mitch and Dawson- I called out for service with 1 Tom Plumber and they provided a prompt response with a quick turnaround for an appointment. Upon arrival Mitch and Dawson presented with unparalleled customer service. They were always mindful of the property, including ensuring doors were closed, boots were covered and any and all dogs received a load of love and heaping dose of petting....my favorite part!! Mitch and Dawson then began an intense needs assessment without interruption followed by a troubleshooting approach that was impressive. I had a sewage drain that was clogged that ate the largest drain cleaner from Home Depot the night before. The state-of-the-art equipment that was brought in left me in awe. The drain cleaner and the fiber optic camera system would be nothing without the keen eye and sense of touch from Mitch and Dawson. They described every step of the process and provided feedback on what was occurring along the way. The work ethic and attention to detail from Mitch and Dawson was a welcomed sight in an age where the outlook for young people's values is disparaging to say the least. Although I just met these two, I felt a sense of pride in their know-how and pride in craftsmanship. A true testament to the organization and the training these two tradesman received. Jay and Mitch were amazing! Needed sump pump discharge moved 20 feet away from house. They arrived on time. Did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend!
