I recently needed help with my bathroom sink and my garbage disposal at the same time. The technicians at New Age took the time to troubleshoot. I was convinced I would have to buy a new one but it wasn't my garbage disposal at all. The issue with my bathroom sink ended up just needing a new faucet! I was grateful that they took the time to carefully assess what needed to be done to fix my immediate problems and overall prevent future issues. I live in an apartment complex and management used them to unclog a bathtub in floor above me. I was being flooded in my bathroom as a result of the clog. They came and addressed the problem promptly and were very professional. They made sure my issue was resolved before leaving the premises. I had a water leak and they were the only ones out of 4 I called that actually answered their phone and came out within an hour to find where the leak was. They have all kinds of equipment to detect where it is. They also gave me an appointment for the next morning to fix the leak. I was without water, so they acted quickly to get my water back on. Damian was so professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
