My vendor Chris came out the day after Thanksgiving and saved the day! We had no heat at all for 2 days and he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Very polite and friendly and very helpful. I also learned about the differences between air filters and which ones are appropriate for my type of unit.
Our technician was Carlos. He arrived on time as it was a Saturday visit. Needed it fixed right away. Our garbage disposal for our dual sink wasn’t working anymore as it didn’t turn on. It was leaking a lot of water. Carlos said we need a new garbage disposal. He installed the new one, tested it and cleared a bit of our drain. It’s working again! Thank you!
Joe came to service our house twice, every time he was very polite and knowledgeable about the work needed to be done. He is also great about communicating the steps required for the job and informing us what to expect. He’s very skilled and we greatly appreciate his professionalism.

Chris Osbourne did a great handling the full HVAC inspection for a home my Grandma is buying in Elk Grove. He was on time, called with an ETA as requested, provided proof of his findings, and just an all around honest cool guy. Great customer service during the whole inspection.
