You get what you pay for with Roto Rooter. Though they may not be the least expensive, the work they do is impeccable and they will provide the fastest service. If you have a plumbing emergency on the weekend like I did, they are the ones to call. Johnathan came out, gave us a free quote, and replaced our p-trap in under half an hour. Roto rooter will get it done fast and do it right.

Frankly, Travis, with Roto-Rooter was available for us when we really needed help and the other place (also great place) was unavailable. Travis was very kind, pleasant, and flushed our sewer line in both directions, multiple times, to make sure the issue was fixed. He’s even helping us learn what we need to know. Knowledgeable, helpful, and help needed in time of trouble. Very pleasant experience. Thank you, Travis, for all your hard work and for being available! You are appreciated.

We had a blockage in the sewer drain that blocked the entire house. Travis came out and was available to repair the clog and all the other independent clogs in the house. Super nice, super helpful and great at communicating what he was doing and what the costs were. He was amazing and I appreciate all the work he did for me. I trust him implicitly and I will be hiring him to do a very big job for me. All the staff are wonderful! Jason and his crew always save the day at my residence! Jason is professional and knowledgeable. He always leaves the area worked on free from debris. He is pleasant and a nice person. Roto Rooter is the only name I trust to work on my house.

Shawn was amazing! Middle of the night but he quickly came and saved us from our plumbing disaster and educated us to boot. I felt in very good hands. The after hours charge was definitely high, but he had prepared us and we felt HIM totally worth it. Roto Rooter should appreciate such a fabulous employee!
