Working with Heights was a first for me, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I've ever made. My entire central air conditioning system needed to be fully replaced and Heights did the entire job. The highly skilled team is extremely knowledgable, diligent, and on top of that, very friendly. Mitch helped us with the design and was a delight to work with. Pricing was very, very fair. By the time it's over, it feels like you have the best air conditioner in the world. Very powerful and effective to cool the house quickly. They also left the house looking clean. I recommend Heights very, very strongly and without hesitation.

Update: We had another great experience with Edi and his team as they replaced our old furnace and central air unit. They did a fantastic job and were very easy to work with. We continue to recommend them to everyone we know. We desperately needed our water heater replaced and called about four different plumbing companies to get quotes as to how much a new one would cost. Heights Plumbing gave us the most reasonable and affordable quote, and they were absolutely a pleasure to deal with! Edison was very responsive, replaced our water heater in less time than originally quoted, and left the area spotless. Heights Plumbing did a fantastic job, and I’m glad that we found them- would recommend them to everyone!

Lost our central air on the hottest day of the year! Called Heights to see if they could come quickly, and they were able to come very soon the same day, and actually arrived a little earlier than expected. They replaced a non-working part, and cleaned the condenser unit, too. Red and his assistant did a good job, unit was fixed in about 40 minutes! I would call them again.
