I am a property manager for short term rentals and had an emergency call out to replace a dishwasher but the shutoff valve was stuck and inoperable. I needed to get this valve changed out before I could install a new DW. This was the weekend of the Sand in My Boots Fest. I contacted several plumbers but everyone was busy and on bigger jobs. Desperate, I contacted by my PM where I sit on the Board and he recommended Mitchell and his dad from Carters Plumbing. Mitchell answered right away and said he would take care of it. He came over and changed out the valve in a few mins and I was able to get the DW installed. I asked Mitchell if he could do an assessment on ALL my valves and look at the age of the water heater. The water heater and regulator valve was 19 years old. He replaced all my bad valves, the rusted regulator and put in a new 80 gallon water heater, talked to Clay about my thermonator from Coastal Green Air to ensure it was hooked up properly, called out his electrician to install a new electrical whip for the water heater, checked the breakers to ensure they were sized properly and checked the dishwasher to ensure it was operable without leaks. All was done in TWO DAYS. My music fest guests will be able to use the Spa tub for two and take a shower afterwards….and have a dishwasher that works. He cleaned up so I was rental ready for the group coming in for the music fest. The peace of mind I have knowing all my critical plumbing areas are replaced has me TOTALLY de-stressed. I am completely satisfied with Carters and HIGHLY recommend them.

Mitchell was absolutely incredible! He and his team came after hours to help fix a concerning leak. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process as he fixed the leak. He also followed up after completing the service call to inform us of additional information. Mitchell went out of his way to ensure that our minds were set at ease over this issue. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Outstanding folks! After having a major delay and an ultimate drop by another company, these guys came in and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they provide a solid estimate, they added a few extras just to make sure that we were satisfied. Although the project was in a tight crawlspace, these guys knocked out out without complaints. If you've got a plumbing job, repair, new install or replacement, give these folks a call. For me, it was an entire new bathroom, tankless water heater and natural gas service. Absolutely impressed and recommended.

Mitchell was excellent and did a great job fixing the issue! They came out after hours on a Friday night and provided prompt, friendly service. Will use and refer to anyone in the future! He not only fixed the leak but provided education on the issue to keep us informed every step of the process. Can’t say enough good things!

This is an unbelievable company that offers fair prices, excellant service and great communication. I would give these folks 10 stars if they let me. I was changing over my water heater to tankless. We spoke on Friday, agreed on price, plan and execution. They had unit ordered, and installed on Tuesday as agreed. It was really refreshing to find a company that delivers on the expectations they set!

Your search ends here! JT is absolutely amazing and I am an incredibly critical New Yorker (that’s an understatement) spending time in the South. JT is completely knowledgeable, does incredible work, always figures out what is going on and fixes it in a timely manner. He is a pleasure to work with, teaches me a lot and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations. If I could have him work in other locations I would. JT has fixed so many things in the house and every time the work has been perfect for a great price. We would not think of ever calling anyone else! He has been kind enough to let me observe and teaches me as he fixes things. I have learned so much from him. He put in our RO system under the kitchen sink. He replaced the filters a couple years later when needed. He fixed our toilet and bathroom sinks. He fixed our outdoor water spouts. Last month, he replaced our hot water heater. The other companies around here never did the level of work that JT has done for us and they were charging ridiculous prices for poor service.

JT and his crew did fantastic work repiping my home. Quick, easy, and affordable! A week later, due to my wonderful luck, my grinder pump decided to die. Again, JT and his guys came out and got us rolling that day, even though it was on a Sunday! 10/10 will use for any future needs and recommend them to everyone for any plumbing needs!
