David, Candace, Jennifer and everyone I spoke to or worked with throughout the installation of our new hot water heater was fantastic. Normally I do my own repairs but this one was too involved with bringing up to code and everything else. I am glad I went with All American, they got the job done right and done quick!

Not only is this gross, entitled behavior…. It’s also illegal. Never using this company. Response to owners response: just because the driver of the truck is VA and handicapped doesn’t give them the entitlement of illegally parking on a clearly yellow lined spot for handicapped wheel chair. If the owner is too old to park legally or know the driving laws, don’t drive anymore.

Just had an amazing plumbing repair experience. Kudos to All American Plumbing! David and Candace just left after repairing the faucet handle in our master bathroom shower. The experience was great from beginning to end. They called to let me know they were on the way, accessed the issue immediately and went to work on the repair. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am totally satisfied with the work they did and the knowledge they left behind!

On July 25 All American Plumbing was scheduled to show up. The two person team (Candace and David) showed up, diagnosed the issue in about 1-hour. Important Note- this is after 2 other plumbing companies were here and told me something different that would have cost me $8k-plus. These other two companies wanted to rip up my floor and concrete slab to investigate and possibly remediate. Candace and David, needed to return the next day and we're timely and worked the issue. Not only that, they identified a second leak in my lines and fixed that as well. Due to the work involved, it required the All American to return a 3rd day...Jennifer back at the office is the scheduling Queen. She got me in the schedule and put the team in position to resolve the issues faster than expected. On the hottest week of the summer David was i. The attic getting rhebumbimg work done!!!! And then he showed me all he did and answered all my questions and more. Now just need to get my Aqua bill resolved and the holes the team needed to cutout repaired. I recently had the pleasure of working with David and Candace, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service they provided. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail of the job., even when they had a problem, they stayed until it was resolved. I highly recommend them and this company.

They were not upfront, did not communicate their findings or solutions. Said they were going to order parts and be back and instead found out through American Homeshield that the repair was denied because the plumber said it was not fair wear and tear. When the plumbing has been this way since moving in 13 years ago. A supervisor was supposed to be coming out originally and no supervisor was sent. Poor business practice!! Will never recommend or allow American Homeshield to send them to do anything if ever needed again. Already obtained a second opinion and the repairs are being done.

David and Candace were extremely polite, professional, effective, and efficient with their service at my home. The came to install a new toilet and did so in a timely manner. All American Plumbing has always taken good care of any of my plumbing issues through American Home Shield. I appreciate the company and David and Candace for getting my bathroom squared away.
