All I did was call to schedule for someone to come look at an issue I'm having but it was the most pleasant experience I've had when trying to get something repaired. The girl that answered the phone was just delightful. Compassionate, friendly, courteous, and just a joy to talk to.

I am a memeber of the Budget Rooter Family Plan with includes a complete yearly inspection and checking of all plumbing in the house. I was beyond impressed with Michael and Nick, my technicians. They were extremely thourough, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to watch the live feed of the camera being snaked through pipes, see them flush drains, inspect areas, and service hot water heater. This gives a home owner such peace of mind knowing that everything is working properly and if it weren't, Budget Rooter was ready to handle any work that needed to be done. Excellent service.

I called Budget Rooter and they came the same day and fixed my slow drains and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. Michael and Branden were very knowledgeable and persistent. One drain was very stubborn, but they were able to break through. The handle on my kitchen sink faucet broke while they were here. Parts were not readily available so they had a new one delivered to my house the same afternoon and installed it. They cleaned up any mess and double checked for leaks and function. Great job Michael and Branden.

Had a drain issue. Called on a Thursday afternoon, they said they would be there next day around noon, got there at 4:45pm. Told me they couldn't guarantee anything, lady on the phone was not polite initially and became very rude after I asked more questions. I then called Roto Rooter... they charged a little more but came right out and guaranteed 30 days, fixed issue within about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had budget rooter to come out and fix a burst pipe under my house... the plumber, Karl was absolutely awesome. he was very professional knew what he was doing, fix the problem, and I'm a happy camper (haha) Thanks Budget Rooter
