I had an appt. in northern NC for my granddaughter that we could absolutely not miss. As my granddaughter and I were packing to leave, she noticed water marks in my hallway ceiling. I called several places for a plumber but did not get one to come out that day till I called Haire’s. They sent Mike and Elijah within 45 minutes. The problem was a clogged drain in my unit in the attic. Mike said I needed a HVAC tech. I had explained to Mike the importance of not missing my appt. so he tried to find a tech to come over but none were available today. Mike recognized my situation and had the HVAC tech explain to him what needed to be done. Long story short, Mike and Elijah unclogged the drain and scheduled a HVAC appt. the first business day upon my return home. I cannot say enough about the dedication these two had to get the problem resolved for me to keep that appt. I highly recommend Haire’s for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. I’ll be their customer always:)

I emailed a request for a quote in the morning. Technicians came out to do the quote the same afternoon. Based on the extensive service that was needed, the repair was scheduled for the next morning. This included replacing shutoff valve, washer connections, replacing hot water heater, installing water line for ice maker. All services were completed within a few hours, including clean up and hauling old water heater away. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They even took the time to talk to our little dog! Highly recommend!

FIVE STARS!!!! Scheduling an appointment was easy and set within 3 days. Clear explanations were provided for costs that might be incurred. The technician, CHRISTOPHER LIVINGSTON-- arrived on time; was patient in listening to my concerns; demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise; provided information for future care af the HVAC unit/system; and, before leaving provided a written report of his observations and findings....along with pictures. He even patiently listen to a couple of 'ole lady' stories. I want to adopt him Friendly, professional, knowledgeable: Chris is an excellent ambassador for Haire Plumbing!!

Mike and his assistant were very professional and did an outstanding job fixing my plumbing issues. I was also extremely pleased with the courtesy and professionalism with the office personnel as well. Thanks for the installation and cleanup afterwards. Job well done!!

Mike & Eli were very courteous and did exceptional work. Once they found where my leak was coming from they fixed it pretty quick. I appreciate all your help in this matter. Only down side, it was a bit pricey for a small job.
