Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

Where do I start, what amazing service. We have used Roto Rooter services over the yrs and have never been disappointed. When bad things happen you need 2 things, one being speed and the other is knowledge. Elvis was able to get to my dad’s house within 1 hr. found the problem, fixed it and communicated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company. Rene’ Brown

Ben, the owner, working with Joe the Plumber, came out for a late evening call for a blocked main line. Very good communication from start to finish, was able to open the drain at 63 feet. We are so grateful. He’s also a very nice guy and reasonable fees. Highly recommended!

This is the second time Roto-Rooter came out to clean out roots from my sewer line. I knew they would have to come again because I was told the roots would eventually grow back if I didn't fix the hole in the line. Roto-Rooter was very quick to respond and send out a tech to resolved the issue. Daniel cleaned out the sewer line and very clearly explained my options.

We had Nick show up for this company. Our lucky day! He is the unusual employee who really makes a difference and cares about his work. He would not stop until that drain was cleaned. What a joy to work with a company that employs people like Nick. Do yourself a favor and use this company and ask for Nick by name.

When you need these people,it’s usually during the worst situations. The technician was awesome, I was not in the best mood and could have been nicer to him initially, but he remained courteous and professional. I appreciate the job he did for me, and hopefully his company knows how big of an asset he is , I wish I remembered his name.

Nick was a great technician! He showed up on time, diagnosed our water drainage problem & gave us options on dealing with the issue. Highly recommend Roto Rooter…Nick was a pleasure to work with & very personable & honest.

I am delighted with the help Nick provided on Sunday. He explained every little thing and provided me with excellent documentation for submission to insurance. He truly went above and beyond. I was a nervous wreck and by the time he left I was completely relieved. Yay!
