Jarrett was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to explain the furnace events where they could be interpreted and found the issue in a timely manner. He presented himself very professionally and knowledgeable. He also was cheerful and has a quick smile. He obviously loves people and his work!. I had a great experience end to end with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Booking the appointment was quick and easy. The customer service and follow up leading up to the service man arrive was attentive and appreciated. The service man was kind in hearing concerns. He was able to clear my sewer lines leading out of the house completely. He answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a help with a plumbing issue. The service was efficient the staff is kind and friendly and the price was just right! Thank you!!

Cooper was very nice and considerate. He explained about other plans that you offer and your maintenance program which I have joined.As he was working on my furnace he explained everything as he was doing it. I enjoyed talking to him, he was very helpful. Wish more service men were like him.

I cannot say enough about our tech, Josh Miller. He was amazing! He went above and beyond to detect multiple issues we were having and got everything set up for us to have the repairs scheduled as soon as possible. THANK YOU JOSH! I highly recommend this company because of his impressive service. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Tyler V. is an awesome tech! He was such a gentleman and did a great job. He was also respectful of our home by making sure his shoes were clean and using his booties! Very nice human being and well mannered!

Keith Miner came to address our sewer drainage issues. He was very courteous and professional- putting booties on and off when entering and exiting the house. He explained what he needed to do and gave me a price to agree upon prior to beginning work. I highly recommend this business and Keith! And I was blessed they were running a special on sewer cleanouts, so I saved a bunch of $ by calling them at this time! Win-win!

Our tech expert was Tyler. He was very, very helpful - and polite. He answered every question that we had and went out of his way to call his supervisor to make sure that he was doing things the best way possible for us!! We were more than satisfied with the service we got from him! Thanks!!
