Broken and leaking shut off valves in kitchen. No pressure to hot water on faucet. Aidan did a great job explaining everything, and made clear what was being done. He ended up putting three new 1/4 turn stop valves in, replaced some of the copper piping, and installed a new faucet on my kitchen sink. Everything looks great, and works great. He gave us quotes on two other recommendations, but I REALLY REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try a hard sell. I understand prices of things are up, but I felt it was a bit pricy. On the flip side, Aidan was out to my house 30 minutes after I placed the call, the work was finished within a few hours, and everything is working perfectly. I don’t mind paying for fast effective service.

A huge thank-you to owner Tony Perez, who personally came out to take high-definition video of the pipe to support our preferred trenchless lining solution. The City of Minnetonka aggressively pushed for full excavation, which would have nearly doubled the cost from ~$7K to over $16K, and created unnecessary delays and headaches. Tony and his team fought for the less-invasive, more affordable option that was truly best for us, ultimately getting it approved and saving us thousands of dollars. In an industry where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of, Mr. Rooter proved to be honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and 100% customer focused. They’ve earned our loyalty for life. We’ll be calling them for all future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the Twin Cities area. Thank you for turning a nightmare situation into a win!

Needed someone to come out and take care of a clog. They were able to send someone over right away, and they came at the exact time they said they would. Drew was a consummate professional; he helped me understand my different options and select something that worked for my budget. He also gave me advice on future preventative care for the pipes. I’m not sure how the price compares but if you need fast, professional service I’d go with them, snd ask for Drew!

We had Ezra come out to unclog a tub drain. He was very friendly, professional, and personal. He made sure to explain everything before any work was done, and was able to quickly solve our issue. I would highly recommend him

I have used Mr. Rooter for the past 8 years (or so). They have done a good job of cleaning the main drain out to the city line. We have clay tile that gets root intrusion from the tree in our front yard. The technicians have been as respectful as possible when working in our house and do a pretty good job of cleaning up after their done. I usually mop the area around the clean out with bleach and the mop water stay relatively clean. They may be a little more expensive, but for once every 2-3 year I call them out, I think it is worth it for the service and respect that is provided.

Royce, Walker, and Alex helped us out SO MUCH this year with a new sewer liner for our line. Alex did great work getting the sewer cam, informing us of our options, and helping make the best choice for us. Royce and Walker installed the sewer liner for us and were very friendly, polite, and did great work! The yard was left in great shape, and I feel very confident that we won't have sewer issues for the foreseeable future! I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who mentions sewer issues. Thank you so much to the team! EDIT: I also would like to shout out Ezra who stopped by yesterday to make sure the small piece of our sewer line that wasn't lined was still in good shape. Ezra was quick, professional, and pointed out everything the sewer cam saw. Thank you so much, Ezra!!

I’m called to set up an appointment to have my kitchen sink drain routed out last Friday. I was really happy when my appointment could be scheduled that day later in the afternoon. Ezra came by at the time scheduled and looked at my drain issue. He explained the options I had to clean it out and we came up with the best plan together. He ran the pipe router machine and was able to clean out the clog. He left me with a drain maintenance liquid and recommended that I dump in a capful right before I go to work for the next 5 days. I’m on day 3 of using the product and after having the drain pipe routed with the maintenance product, my kitchen sink drain works like a vacuum. Pricing was reasonable and I could not be happier with my Roto-Rooter experience.
