On Time Experts

⭐️ 1 out of 5 (and I wish I could give zero) I do not recommend On Time Experts. I spent over $10,000 on a new HVAC system after a very nice salesperson promised the world. Unfortunately, what I got was shoddy work — which I didn’t discover until I brought in another company to inspect their installation. Based on the photos the second company provided, OTE had to admit their mistakes and come back to redo the job. When I called to schedule the rework, the woman who answered the phone actually asked me, "Why the hell would you pay another company to check our work?" — which is completely unprofessional and none of her business. Ever since then, every time they come out for routine maintenance (part of the plan I’m stuck on), they seem to find "something else wrong." Needless to say, I now call another company for second opinions. To make matters worse, they constantly cancel appointments — often calling at the last minute when they should already be here. A complete waste of time and money. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.

Joe and Adrian came out on my emergency my furnace was not kicking on. They came in within 2 hours. The system came on 20 minutes before they came. I told them the issue, they went right to work. They checked out but everything was working. They said give them a call back if it happens again. They did a great job and piece of mind. Thanks guys.

I’ve first heard of On Time Experts from "Texas Today" on NBC 5. It advertised their special $59 the complete ac furnace tune up/cleaning for first time customer. It showed how they deeply clean the outside condenser. It looked good. So I’ve decided to give "On Time Experts" a try by trusting what I saw on Texas Today program. Well, it didn’t go well. Diara showed up on time and friendly yesterday (4/23/25). I told him I booked the Spring tune up/cleaning and my AC is working fine. Diara said he usually liked to start with the furnace. So after he went up to the attic, he came down and showed me the fan that was dusty which needed to be clean. He then took it outside to host off with water. After wards, he told me that my circuit board and motor are out of spec, they needed to be replaced and it will cost over $2000. I told him I appreciated his detailed explanation but I needed to think about it and price shop, just do the cleaning today. It’s already been over 1 hour at this point. So he said he would closed up the furnace and started to clean/tune up the condenser. He was outside for about 10 minutes and he said he was done and it’s not that dirty. He took off so fast that he didn’t even ask me to pay him?! Maybe I will get a bill?! Anyway, I went outside to check my condenser. It looked wet but no different. I could still see leaves inside the casing. What a total waste of time! Thank God my AC still works. So the bottom line is don’t trust anybody or any network program. It’s just another scam. Update: So I called the office to pay the visit. The Lady on the phone told me that it’s free of charge because we are on the veteran hero’s program and how was the experience. I didn’t know. I told her I appreciated it and told her about the not so good experience. Josh the manager called me right after I hung up. He asked to come over and took some pictures of the condenser. He is a great manager! He convinced us to give them another chance to make it right. So the next day, Chris came over and did a thorough cleaning of the condenser and a plumber replaced our broken spigot. Because of Josh’s immediate response and action, I adjusted my review from 1 star to 5 star. Of course It’s better have things done right the first time, but I think it’s even more rare and admirable to be able to fix a mistake and win your customers back!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, they were courteous, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They went well above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to listen to my concerns, made two separate trips to ensure everything was handled properly, and ultimately resolved an issue I’ve had since the system was first installed! What truly stood out was their professionalism and attitude — honest, no-hype, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused. It felt like the kind of service you used to get decades ago — done right, with pride and integrity. They also honor U.S. Military Veterans and First Responders, which says a lot about their values. Top-notch service all around. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work!

Travis was the main technician assigned to my job and kept me well informed throughout the process. He brought in George for a second opinion so they could give me peace of mind about my unit. Both showed me pictures and video of what they saw and explained everything. Though the news I received wasn’t the best, this was one of the better experiences I’ve had with ac/furnace tune up service. I’d highly recommend On Time Experts

My husband and I are very happy that Mr. Derrick showed up to help keep our AC unit maintained. He was very nice, helpful & thorough. He gave us a detailed description of everything he did and sent pictures to back it up. He was very honest and upfront, which I completely appreciate. You don’t find that too often these days. We had algae growing in our unit; he sent pictures explaining what he could do to fix it. I asked how much it would cost and within two minutes he sent me a very reasonable price. He had everything taken care of within 2 hours…. from checking the AC and doing regular maintenance to fixing the problem. Again, we appreciate Mr. Derrick taking care of our AC maintenance and by extension taking care of our family.

Aaron and Dennis were fantastic to work with during our HVAC systems maintenance with On-Time Experts. They pointed out things we need to watch and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. They arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the entire process!
