Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain - Georgetown

To replace my water heater, I made the mistake of calling another company first. Those people seemed more like used-car salesmen than plumbers. I got a very slimy vibe and realized they were not the kind of people I wanted in my life, let alone my garage. So I sent them packing and did what I should've done in the first place - I called Lauren at Neighborhood Plumbing. The difference in personalities was amazing. Lauren was straightforward and fun, with no B.S. I explained I just wanted a water heater, with no upsells or fancy bells & whistles. She respected that and got a crew out in less than 24 hours. The guys (sorry, I'm spacing on their names) were friendly and professional and, of special importance to me, they weren't pushy at all. They finished the install in just under an hour (for real) and charged a reasonable price. I can't imagine hiring a plumber I don't like or can't trust. So I've already made my choice about who I'll call next time I have plumbing issues - Neighborhood Plumbing!

Thought it was a bit on the pricey side but to be fair, I find all repairs these days to be pricey. They were easy to schedule, on time, took care all my problems very quickly and without requiring me to buy new equipment. A very professional service.

After a much higher quote on some surprise plumbing work, we called Georgetown Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. They responded very quickly and assessed the work that needed to be done with a quote less to an half of the initial one from another company, with a much smaller and conservative scope. I’m so thankful for their availability! The work done exceeded my expectations and the workers were warm and professional, as well as swift. I’m impressed!

Rick was great! He looked at everything that I asked for and either took care of it, or told me the next steps that needed to be done. My mother had used the original company, Brittain Plumbing, for years. I've been using them for about 10 years. They've always done a good job for me!

Zac did a great job! He had a very pleasant and upbeat attitude, and he explained to me what he needed to do to make the repair (including giving me an idea of what the costs may be). I had no doubt that he knew what he was doing.

So far, so good! Pleased with our service today. Zac did a good job explaining our problem and his plan to remedy the situation. We feel he went over and above what was expected and Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was very fair regarding our charges. We will definitely use them again.

As usual Steve Brittain was the consummate gentleman, work was done promptly and with great care. The honesty and craftsmanship is what I have come accustomed too, after doing business with Brittian/Neighborhood plumbing for over 20 years. Thank you for your comment to excellence.
