Magnolia Plumbing Company

Two weeks ago my socks got wet after walking down the hallway. I figured I had a leak somewhere in the plumbing so I checked the bathrooms and bedrooms. No luck. I went out to the water meter and shut off the main water valve to the house. At this point I figured I had the worse case scenario… a leak under the slab. I did some research on plumbing companies in the Memphis area and finally settled on Magnolia Plumbing. Sometimes you’re lucky and others, you are very lucky. Magnolia Plumbing is without a doubt, one of the most professional companies I have ever contracted. From beginning to end they made what I thought was a worst case scenario very manageable. My first phone call to Magnolia set the tone. The person I spoke with over the phone was professional, knowledgeable, well spoken, and had me on their schedule the following day. I got lucky once again, one of Magnolia’s plumbers was finishing up a job just minutes after my initial phone call. When John arrived at my home and introduced himself, my first thought was that I was speaking to a DJ. Once again, professional. John stepped inside, placed covers on his boots, and quickly went to work trying to determine the source of the leak. 15 minutes later, John was pretty sure which pipe was leaking. At that point, he gave me two options. The first was to cut through the slab, which would definitely make a mess. The second option was to cap the leaking line and then build a new line that would travel through the attic to its destination outside. Although creating a new line was going to place the majority of the expense on myself rather than my insurance company, I went with the second option. Cutting through a slab to repair a leaking pipe that may later leak from another point, seemed like a bad plan. Repairs were scheduled to start two days later. Magnolia’s crew arrived as scheduled on time and completed all repairs on the same day. Because they were able to cap the leaking line from one of the closets, there was no evidence that Magnolia plumbing had ever been in my house. I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced such a professional and thoughtful crew. You would think this is where my review ends. Once the repairs were complete I received a call from John with a breakdown of the work that was completed. As there were no surprises, the cost for repairs was exactly what John had quoted a few days earlier. I asked that he break down the job description so that I could send that to my insurance company. He in turn asked for the contact information to my insurance company. He wanted to explain to my insurance company how much money they had saved by my decision to not drill into the slab. A few days later, I was surprised when the insurance adjuster wrote a check for the entire repair cost. Thank you Magnolia Plumbing, and a special thanks to John. You guys absolutely rock! Magnolia Plumbing not only exceeded my expectations, but they made this disaster an easy fix.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Tyler showed up on time. Immediately got to work diagnosing the issue with my sewer line. He cleared the blockage and explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what was going on. What really impressed me was his attention to detail — he fixed the problem, and made sure the entire line was flowing perfectly before leaving. The price was very reasonable for such high-quality work. Would absolutely recommend Magnolia Plumbing!

Tyler from Magnolia Plumbing was outstanding. I called about a clogged main drain, and he was at my house the same day. He got right to work, explained what he was doing, and had everything cleared and running smoothly in no time. What stood out most was how professional and respectful he was throughout the whole process. He treated my home like it was his own and made sure the job was done right before leaving. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and I’ll definitely be calling Magnolia Plumbing again if I ever need help.

Tyler wasn't just prompt (he was early - which was awesome) getting here, but he was fast and prompt at diagnosing the issue and scheduling work. Fast forward a few days and Chad and his assistant did an amazing job performing the work and restoring my lawn to a darned acceptable appearance. Magnolia Plumbing is very professional, which is sadly lacking nowadays. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Tyler was awesome. Explained the issue i was having. Made the repair in a timely matter. Cleaned up after he was finished. Answered all my questions and recommended the product I needed and how to start using it. I highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing and will use them in the future. A shout out to Kimberly as well. She is definitely the right person answering the phone and scheduling service.

Tyler did an incredible job of explaining the options for our plumbing issues (both toilets downstairs ended up needing to be replaced). I didn’t feel pressured to choose one option over the other. He also did a wonderful job of preparing me for the possibility of other issues that could cost more, and he answered all of my questions. I appreciate that he gave me upfront pricing, as well. He provided all of the options and made me feel comfortable with my choices. He changed both toilets the same day, making sure to update me throughout the process. I work from home. Tyler was respectful of my schedule and kept me updated or asked questions via text instead of interrupting my calls. He was very patient. Tyler made sure to show me anything that might be a potential issue or anything that might take a little longer to complete. He walked me through each procedure. I love that they don’t charge per hour. They charge per service and the labor is included up front; no extra charges if it takes a little longer to complete the project. Tyler was very professional and efficient. I felt safe with him coming in and out and not having to stick close for any reason. Me and my family will be calling Magnolia for all of our plumbing issues in the future.

Tyler took the call after 3pm on a Friday. He repaired my washing machine flood quickly then added on a faucet leak I have been meaning to schedule. He had all the supplies and parts he needed on the truck. I’m very glad I found Magnolia Plumbing. Highly recommend.
