Instant Plumbing and Rooter

Great experience as always. I've been using Instant Plumbing and Rooter for about 6 years, and each time, they over deliver. The office is always easy to work with and understanding. Every technician is thorough with their work and explains everything to me. They aren't trying to mark up any service. It's reassuring to have a dependable company no matter why I'm calling each time.

From start to finish, my experience with Instant Plumbing and Rooter was exceptional. William showed up right on time and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through multiple options for resolving my issue. I never felt pressured. Just well-informed and confident in the decisions I was making. The quality of the work speaks for itself, it looks fantastic and was completed efficiently. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled plumbing work.

Very professional and prompt service. Technician Brandon was very clear about the scope of work and costs. His craftsmanship is excellent and he left the area clean! He explained proper maintenance for longevity of the toilet. I highly recommend Instant Plumbing!

Right at the first introduction to the Crew doing the job I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to cleanliness. Both of them actually wiped their shoe soles on my welcome mat to make sure their shoes were clean prior to entering the house. They did this every time they came into the house! They took great care in describing the process and what it would cost and treated my house as if it was their own. I was absolutely floored because the company we had called prior to them was such a disaster. This new crew came in, assessed the plan, articulated the plan to me very clearly and what it would cost, and then I gave them the obvious go ahead to proceed. I was amazed how they did everything with such attention to detail and efficiency and with such little damage to the house and components of the bathroom that they were working on. It was like observing ian operating room at a hospital! William was amazing in his description of what the process would look like and it was relieving to find out that this person actually cared about the work he was doing and not just trying to get paid. He calmly explained the process answering every concern and question I had and was dead on in every regard. Once the job was complete, he asked if he could continue to analyze my home with a water pressure test and a water heater inspection. I was again completely blown away by their motivation to make sure everything was good with not only the problem that they addressed, but maybe future problems. I have a new Plumber! These guys are the best and I cannot emphasize enough how much I can recommend them. Five stars is just not enough! My wife and I are so relieved we got so lucky finding them and keep talking about how completely amazingly positive this whole experience was. By the way, it cost me 1/3 of what the other company wanted to charge for the same job and we didn’t have to re-tile the shower floor or rip out the vanity to get the job done as they suggested. Thank you guys!

Brandon came out to remove and replace my shower cartridge and my leaky hose bib. He did a thorough and fantastic job! I have used Instant Plumbing service at least 7 times. Every single time they’ve come out it has been Professional and they are all knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Instant Plumbing service.

Will use Instant Plumbing again and they came quickly to fix a leak in my pipe. They were friendly and very knowledgeable double checking everything before leaving.

The plumber arrived just when the dispatcher said he would. He was polite, identified the problem, told me what it would cost, and repaired the problem quickly. He checked other things I asked him to look at and let me know his recommendations, without trying to "sell" me. I was very pleased with this plumber, and highly recommend him.
