Alpha-Plumbing Services

Couldn't be happier with my decision to have my water heater replaced and a water softener installed by Dave. Down to earth, timely, very reasonable prices and cleaned up after the job was completed. Highly recommend Alpha Plumbing Services for any plumbing needs.

We purchased a new home in the Buckeye area and wanted a whole home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system installed. We chose Alpha-Plumbing Services based on their excellent reviews. David and Adrian were on time and installed both systems quickly and efficiently. They also removed the existing kitchen faucet and replaced it with one we purchased, free of charge. They were professional, answered all our questions and explained the newly installed products’ functions. Their prices were more than fair and above all, they are honest. I highly recommend Alpha-Plumbing Services for your plumbing needs. We will be using them again in the future.

Just to preface - I never leave reviews but this is the second time I’m echoing the praise for Alpha Plumbing. There’s a reason David has 105 5-star reviews. I have hired him twice (installed a water softener system, and flushed a tankless water heater) and I was just as impressed with him after the second time as I was after the first time. You will never meet a tradesman with more integrity and customer care than David. He prioritizes teaching his customers so that they understand their homes and can be empowered to fix their own problems next time, if possible. I mean, what professional is willing to lose out on business just so he can empower his customers and help them save money? And because he is his own boss, he charges $100s-$1000s less than the big companies. That’s amazing and is just one of the many reasons he has 5 stars across the board. If you want a professional whose heart is always in the right place, call David. Thank you, David and Alpha Plumbing!

We had a leak under the bathtub called David on Friday afternoon around 5 PM, he was able to come to help us check the leak which we really appreciate it since he was on his way home and was willing to stop by. He was able to fix it on Monday early morning. Contacted him again when our water heater stop working and he gave us choices to either fix or replace, but we ended up replacing it and he was able to come on the next day for replacement. He was very polite, punctual and very nice guy!

David and Alpha-Plumbing are absolutely amazing! He replaced an old tankless water heater with newer technology. He’s extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t sell you/do work on something that isn’t necessary. Small, family business with exceptional customer service! During the install of the water heater and other plumbing work (shower valves, shower handle location changes) he has done for me, I always knew he was treating my home as if it were his own. David is very neat, clean, honest, and trustworthy. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Alpha-Plumbing!
