Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating

When you find out you need a new A/C system, nobody’s going to be overjoyed about it. But everyone at Dial 1 Johnson made the process as painless and transparent as possible. From my on site Tech to the installation team and yes even the manager was razor focused on making the job come out perfect. Best company I’ve ever worked with, and thanks to them all I have a new system at a great price!! Thank you

I’ve always had a great experience with everyone from Dial One, but James and his team mate were fantastic to work with after my washer flooded my living room. They came back 2 days later to fix the issue caused by Lowe’s washer/dryer installation. They found the issue immediately and solved it very quickly and did it with a smile and lots of patience and positivity.

We called Dial One for a plumbing issue at our business and they came out right away to fix the issue and were very professional. James Watson and his team did a fantastic job for us. We will use them again for sure! - Allied Interiors

They provided prompt, courteous service. They were also thorough and efficient in their assessment. I will utilize them in the future and recommend them to others!

James is an excellent plumber. He was thorough in investigating the problem, explaining the situation, and offering several options to fix things. I really appreciated his patience and giving us options.

Kerlin has been plumbing for decades, knows stuff. Kerlin was efficient, equipped, and fixed the issue. I will be asking for him by name for future issues. He was kind to me.

Jose did an excellent job fixing our AC! He was not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. Our system is now running smoothly again thanks to his expertise. Highly recommend Jose and the team at Dial One Johnson!
