They were able to start work immediately & install was smooth & complete in one day. I would highly recommend this company & will continue to use them for any future needs

I've used Top Shelf for several years that started with them installing new AC and Furnaces in our home. They are always super nice to work with. They are reasonable in their pricing and when the main control board failed on one of those new furnaces Ryan, the owner, worked with me on pricing even though it technically wasn't under warranty. They are honest, knowledgable and prompt so I have had them back to my home for several other projects. I have no reason to consider any other company for my electrical, plumbing and heating needs because Top Shelf has consistently and reliably delivered on everything we've needed. Even those emergency rush jobs! Top Shelf has had my back.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Top Shelf Electric, Heating, & Plumbing, I would! Especially to Darrell, who fixed our problem. In our commercial building, we had some outlets in our basement that were not working. I had them inspected by a different company last year. It turns out, that other company created the problem that Darrell fixed. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. After he was done, he walked me through everything and showed me it was all working. I would 100% hire them again and I am even thinking about hiring them for my own home! Thank you Top Shelf and Darrell! There is a reason they have such great reviews!

Imagine all of this happening at once (many can relate): major car repair expenses—yes, more than one—and a water heater that floods the basement and needs to be replaced… BOTH of us were laid off at the worst possible time… then, when temperatures dropped into the teens—of course!—Our furnace refuses to turn on! Thank goodness for Top Shelf and Jeremi (hero)! Within minutes, he found the problem and fixed it. He could have insisted we needed a replacement, but Jeremi is a real professional—friendly and informative. Top Shelf is the perfect name. Excellent service—terrific people who are responsive and knowledgeable!

Top Shelf just installed a new furace and air conditioner, inspected hot water tank and electrical and I am very satisfied with the service I received from beginning to end. The patience of Jeremi to explain in detail and answer all of my questions and concerns regarding the inspection and equiment options, to installation by Jonathan and then close out and walk through by Aiden were all professional and increased my level of trust in the company. Will, the electrician is working with me on other work and he is knowledgable as well. I feel that i made a sound decision choosing Top Shelf. My expectation is that if there are any future concerns they will be addressd with the same enthusiasm as the initial sale and installation. Thanks!

Paul did a great job installing a ceiling fan in the kitchen. I would recommend this company and Paul for any electrical work you need done.

Darrell was phenomenal. He is a keeper. Not only is he a top tier a technician and electrician, but he also an extremely good sales representative. He takes issues personally and he takes details seriously. When you’re paying for high-end services, you expect a high-end employee and he is exactly that.
