Jacob and Dalton were wonderful! I found out I had a gas leak on a Friday afternoon, and they came out to diagnose and fix the issue the same day. Jacob was polite and efficient, and I appreciated his thorough and honest explanations about my issue and my options for fixing the problem. I genuinely could not be happier with the service, and with the replaced gas pipes.

Loved Jacob! He was extremely patient as I explained the multiple issues and took the time to look into and give estimates for all of them. The original clog, and reason for the call, was cleared and is flowing smoothly. I found him to be a pleasure to have in my home.

Jacob came out for John Fowler Plumbing. He did a wonderful job replacing my Outdoor hose spigot. No leaks now! And did it quickly too!

Jacob and his team were incredible. They were so patient with all my questions, working up multiple quotes for different scenarios for our flooding basement. They also fixed a leak upstairs and were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend, especially if you live in an old home. They are particularly experienced with all the nuances.

I own a multi unit historic home, built in 1927. It was time for a few upgrades. The team at John Fowler upgraded my electric water heaters to hybrids and my supply lines in the basement to PEX. I also purchased a city water filtration system and water softer. In total- this ran a little over $20K. Issues I ran into- they replaced my supply lines with 1/2 in pex, not 3/4 inch. I noticed they did not upgrade the supply lines in the crawl space (which are accessed via the basement). When I pointed this out- they back peddled and said the quote was for the basement only… the supply lines are right there. They also never quoted the crawlspace as separate. Sooo I’m not sure what I paid $5k+ for… but it’s incomplete. The water heaters are huge. These are in my basement and due to their size I am unable to place them on cinder blocks. When I expressed this concern, I was met with push back. Management asked what my other appliances are on, to which I responded "cinderblocks". Ultimately we agreed to place mats and a tray under the units to help prevent rust. When they installed the supply lines they forgot to hook up the kitchen, so they had to return the next day which left my upstairs unit without water. When they installed the water softener they did not fully test the water and it was undrinkable from the salt. They had to come back and purge the lines a second time. In short- they really need to check their work prior to leaving the site. They also cut corners to save on material cost- ex: installing 1/2 PEX for main supply lines in a multi unit house.

Always enjoy working with John Fowler Plumbing. They’re quick, honest, and professional in every sense of the word! They have helped us out a few times now, as well as helped out plenty of my clients many times. Their work is great, professional, and efficient. For this specific project, we had to work hand in hand d with the utility company to get our meter moved which included moving our whole main line in the house. They did a fantastic job getting it prepped for utilities and working with all of our schedules to make it a smooth transition so we did not need to lose gas. Not even for one day!! These guys will always be my first call with anything related to plumbing!
