Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I hired this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing and shower surround installation. Instead, I’m left with property damage and a botched job that will cost even more to fix. First, they failed to properly measure or dry fit the shower surround before installation. As a result, there’s now a nearly 4-inch gap between the tub lip and the shower wall — completely unusable and clearly not up to any reasonable standard. If that wasn’t enough, during the job, they drilled two holes through the shower wall into my closet, puncturing the wall and going straight through my clothing. Then they managed to flood the closet, damaging even more of my personal property. There was no attention to detail, no proper planning, and clearly no quality control. I expected professional work and was met with carelessness and destruction. I cannot recommend this company to anyone — and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value your home. And after all of this? They made no effort to fix their mistakes, despite multiple attempts in the last four months to reach out. No response, no accountability, and certainly no professionalism.

Agreed to a price of $2875 by contract (after they completed an inspection) + $200 to restrap the plumbing lines. The crew arrived unannounced and called to say the repair would now cost $5600 + pipe supports, which would be far above the $200 quoted. I found the company dishonest in the scope that was quoted and felt taken advantage of - nearly doubling the price. The workers had already started digging when they called and quoted the $5600 price. After I told them to stop they just left the dig up shrubbery on top of the ground - it will likely die. An absolutely terrible business and people.

I hired West Plumbing at a premium price to perform the plumbing for our new addition. Bill, their field superintendent, was professional. His office support was atrocious. They overbilled me on "rough-in" at almost 100% of the job and the overbilling was not part of the original agreement. The office staff said they "promised" to finish, and then agreed to 75% for rough-in. My water bill the next month was over $1,000 because of a water leak in the wall in my new half bath. There were two leaks total. I still have a water leak in my laundry room subfloor that they refuse to fix. Its been six months. They never finished their work and keep sending me bills stating "past due". The work they did complete after rough in was in spurts and they never showed up with the right equipment or parts for the entire job. In order to utilize my home, I had to finish their work at several locations. My crawlspace is soaked with water. The water is still leaking and permits are still open. Other plumbers are scared of the open permits. West Plumbing has threatened me with a report to SWBNO on a gas permit that they are responsible for. I'm still holding $3,500 of over $25k until finished. My floors a beginning to buckle due to the moisture, and I am afraid mold might be growing in the crawl space. They did not care about their shotty work, they want paid. I told their site rep. Bill several times. He indicated that they want their money before they'll do anything. This has been my experience with West Plumbing.

West Plumbing has been great to work with! I had a last minute issue with a pipe break they came out and fixed. The service was excellent. I appreciate to prompt response by Ms. Melanie and the guys that came out to do the job. They also handled another issue for me regarding my tenant's kitchen sink. All and all....I'll continue to do business with them!

West Plumbing has been to my house several times for various plumbing projects and they have done a phenomenal job every time. What I love about West Plumbing is that they are quick to get someone out to diagnose the issue and have it finished the same day. Overall, this is a great family owned business that holds performance and customer service at the top of their priority list. 10/10

What can I say, they did a great job. Had to replace the sewer line from the house to the street, while maneuvering around our 70 year old oak tree roots. Did the job in one day. Cleaned up after. Very little disruption. Very little damage to the ground cover. All good!

Beware this is the perfect example of an opportunistic, unethical, plumbing company. The only reason I hired them is because the priest at the church kept telling the congregation to patronize the businesses that pay for the church bulletin by means of advertisement. West Plumbing places an advertisement in the St Ann church bulletin which states "for plumbing at its best call West! Local, Reliable and affordable!" By all means "local" is the only thing true about the advertisement. I called West Plumbing for a leaking shower head on 1-10-25, and was informed a plumber would be sent the following week. On the 14th , two plumbers came by and took off only the wall plate cover of the shower valve. They told my wife that the part would have to be ordered as it was an high end device. They were in the house for less then FORTY minutes, and charge my wife $ 500. Yes $500$. What a rip off!! Remember this was not a fix. When my wife inquired if any amount would be deducted after the final repair , the reply was " may be a little." I think unethical companies advertise in the church bulletin to hoodwink the parishioners to make them look good . Moreover, I think, the Church does not make any back ground checks on these atrocious companies and is interested in only the money. I believe word of mouth is the best advertisement that no money can buy. I had a "Local, Reliable, Affordable" and most of all, a very HONEST plumber come and replace the entire valve for less then what West Plumbing charged me to remove just the face plate. I hope customers will do a little research before giving West plumbing, any business. Moreover this company is NOT BBB accredited. Wonder why? Seen in other reviews that the owner either denies or has some other excuse for a poor review. Hence I am posting the invoice # and date of service as there will be no doubt. Invoice # 26843159 and date 1-14-25. Also, since the plumbers were on the property that day, my wife decided to get a quote to have the water heaters replaced. This was before she was handed a $ 500 bill. That's another ridiculous and atrocious estimate. I am so glad it was just a quote and I did not give them the job. I think the plumbers took advantage of a woman that day . A little research goes a long way before falling for the words " Local, Reliable and affordable."
