I can’t thank Hunter Betzel from Leak Wranglers Plumbing & HVAC enough. He came out last minute when my septic was clogged and discovered that roots had broken through the pipe. As a single mom renting from my 79-year-old mother who is fighting stage 3 pancreatic cancer, we’re limited on resources and support. Hunter located the issue quickly unclogged and swept the septic at no charge. His compassion, professionalism, and generosity made a huge difference for us during a very difficult time, and I am truly grateful.

These guys turned a stressful situation into a quick solution in a matter of two days. It’s always scary trusting anybody to work on such big project but Ian was amazing and walked me through everything he found. Ian continued to explain everything during the repairs and they did such a clean job. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody that is unfortunately experiencing any homeowner issues. I had two sewage spot repairs and they were able to locate the issues right on the money and repair exactly what needed to be repaired. Such a great job and such a great customer service experience it was. Allen stopped by to finish the concrete on my driveway where they had a repair and he was so friendly and nice and made sure the job was taken care of. Such great people and a pleasure to have around during a stressful time.

Ian was so nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very efficient and thorough. He got it all done and when he finished, brought in some heavy boxes for me that were delivered. Very delightful guy that is very caring as well… and a great plumber!

We've been dealing with a strange, intermittent sewer smell for... honestly months. Gustavo was able to come out in short order and diagnose the issue with a smoke test. He clearly knows his stuff and was kind and gracious to tenants in the process.
