Total Maintenance of Southern Louisiana

These guys are amazing! They installed a dual head mini-split system and the workers were very professional. I joined their bi-annual maintenance program with all kinds of discounts and today was my second one of those. Tim the technician was so very nice and friendly. I really hated to see him leave, I was enjoying the conversation. Everyone on the phone and the ones I met in person are great! I am glad I found Total Maintenance!!

Josh was incredibly informative and transparent. I really my feel like had had our best interests in mind, which makes situation and upcoming decision much easier.

Total Maintenance responded quickly and fixed my air conditioner problem within a couple of hours. Both the office staff and field personnel were polite and resourceful, getting the job done much quicker than I expected!

Josh Bourgeois is the service tech that came out to my house. I have not had work done from this company yet, but he has come out a couple times to check on a few issues for estimates and was very patient, polite and helpful with all of my questions.

I usually never blast companies or write reviews, but I’m making an exception for Total Maintenance so no one else gets screwed the way I did. 4 weeks ago, my air conditioner went out. The tech who came had little to no clue what he was doing. He tossed out four different "possible options" before deciding it would cost me $4,800 to repair it. I agreed and told him to order the part on a Monday. By Thursday, when I called to check in, I found out they had completely forgotten to order the part (which put off repairs now 2 weeks) Then the story kept changing. First, they told me it was actually the outside unit that needed to be replaced. Then it was the inside unit. Finally, they said the entire system had to be replaced—for a whopping amount (for a 3-ton single unit). When I asked why they wouldn’t just repair it, I got nothing but the runaround. The office staff was rude, unprofessional, and it was clear the ball was dropped on every level. I wanted to give Total Maintenance the benefit of the doubt since I’ve been using them for five years, but after reading other reviews, I now see they have a pattern of overcharging and misleading people. After four miserable weeks with no air conditioning, I finally called another company who cost half the price and thankfully, they came through to save the day.

I called TM got a membership they came out to my house the next day Trevor the tech did a excellent job, looking over both units. I highly recommend TM to everyone they are welcome anytime they are number one on my ac work, thanks again!

I had a great experience with Keith M, my AC technician! He showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything resolved in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. So grateful for his help, especially during this heat—highly recommend this team.
