Great experience upgrading an old water heater to tankless. Mike was efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. Work looks great including venting to the exterior. Quoted $5,900, paid $5,900. Very happy the the process and the product.

Great, honest experience. I had water leaking from the piping in our half bath sink and called to get an estimate. I spoke with John (owner) and, he asked for pictures of the issue. After sending them, he quickly diagnosed the issue. He said the issue seemed very simple and would save me a trip out there and the money. All I needed to do was to tighten the lock nut as it seemed loose to him. He was right! Having someone so honest and capable is a rare combination these days. If you're looking for a plumber, I recommend John and Affordable Professional Plumbing!
