Believe the low rating reviews: RED FLAG: I called a plumber to inspect a water leak. They quoted $400. Two people came. They didn't find the water leak and suspected a general area where the leak is; since two people came, they charged $900 total. (Rip off!) They left without finding the actual leak and didn't provide a plumbing report. They also said they would call for the scheduling of next time to fix but they didn't. I had to call Diamond head plumbing for the report too. I eventually got an evaluation from another plumber and was quoted $250-300 for inspection. When I showed him the report from DHP, he said the report was not comprehensive. BEWARE: overly expensive with poor service. To Diamond Head Plumbing’s response: the reservation wasn’t under my name, but it happened to my family. We hired 1 plumber , and he found the leak and fixed it same day. Cost was $800. Please improve your business practices. I won’t be calling you.

Customer Alert: Concerns About Diamond Head Plumbing's Practices On November 20, 2024, one of my tenants hired Diamond Head Plumbing to clear a clogged toilet in a small duplex unit. The plumber arrived at approximately 3 PM and worked for over three hours without resolving the issue. He stated he would return with a camera next day but never came back. Subsequently, a representative from their office contacted me, requesting my credit card information to ensure the plumber would complete the job. She assured me a credit would be applied for the incomplete work. Despite providing my card, the plumber did not return, forcing my tenant to find alternative accommodations. On the third day, another plumber and a manager arrived. They spent three additional hours clearing the clog. However, I was charged $1,685, which included an equipment fee, despite their $225 hourly rate. I believe the equipment cost should be included in their service charge.They need right equipment to clean, that's why we hired them. When I called to discuss this, the representative refused to issue any credit and threatened to charge $3,000, citing my credit card on file. Her tone was very low quality and unprofessional, and she later denied making those statements she then hung up.When I called back she answered and denied saying that was not her.When I asked to speak to that lady she refused and argued with me over 20 minutes with very arogonet tone. I requested to speak with a manager or owner, my concerns were ignored. Then said manager will call back next day. I waited 2 days manager didn't called. This experience was highly unprofessional, unfair, and frustrating. I would caution others about using Diamond Head Plumbing based on my experience.This all true.Never recommend. Asoka

I used this company to install a water heater that I provided myself and they charged me over $3k for the job. They charged me $2000 for copper piping and when I brought it up to them they sent another technician by who agreed with me that I was charged too much but the company decided to not do the right thing in the main office and didn’t refund me for a dime. Overall, they overcharged me like crazy and took advantage of m . I am a creature of habit and I have used them for many jobs at my home and also at my business so I didn’t expect to be taken advantage of like this. It’s a shame because I am a very loyal customer and since have found another company that is straight up and not shady. Please use someone else.

Their employees stole the tools out of our car and the owner covered for him saying he had no workers living in Eva After tracking my tool to eva with a locator tag The employee was rested for a third degree felon. Personally I wouldn't use a company that would cover for an employee that steals. After calling the owner to inform him of this information it seems as though he could care less Also it should be noted Hawaii contract licence law requires all forms of advertising to have your licence number on anything that is used for advertising there vans and their website does not have their licence contract number so it looks as though they just Don't care about the laws.

I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink with extensive cabinet damage. I called Diamond Head Plumbing, they sent a plumber to find the leak and assess the damage. After he did that, the owner came to discuss with me the repairs needed and order a sink, faucet, and disposal right away. Then plumbers came to install, and a designer came to help me with the configuration of new cabinetry to replace the badly damaged one. All of the people who work for Diamond Head Plumbing were respectful in the way the spoke to me, and respectful in their behavior in my home. They were prompt in their arrival, did the job and cleaned up afterward. I dealt with the owner, the estimator, the plumbers/installers, and designers and all were great. I'm glad I called Diamond Head Plumbing.

I requested estimates for a bathroom sink replacement from several companies but decided to go with Diamond Head Plumbing, not because they provided the lowest estimate but more so because they were the most professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about the estimate that was emailed to me, so a couple of technicians were sent to my residence to do an inspection. The office sent me a follow-up estimate that was higher than the first; however, it was consistent with what I discussed with the technicians who did the inspection. On the appointed day, technician Chris Robinson arrived on time wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing. Chris did an excellent job and took the time to explain what he did. The payment process was also quick and easy. I can’t see Diamond Head from my home, but I called Diamond Head Plumbing anyway and am glad I did!

We called DiamondHead Plumbing at 10:00 this morning and by 11:00 plumber arrived at our home. DHP Deb answered phone within a few rings and set up appointment. Deb is very professional, friendly and pleasant. Nick is the plumber and he is knowledgeable, professional, respectful and pleasant. Nick fixed our plumbing issue and patiently answered our questions. Thank you DHP for being in business and doing a great job.
