He quickly arrived within 20 min. Installation & recommendations was done within an hour. He was very knowledgeable & made everything looked so easy to do. His Labor prices are extremely affordable. John was great to work with. He returned my call right away and came by that evening to give me an estimate. The job was to replace my old cracking cast-iron drains; it was not yet leaking so it was not an emergency job. He was very easy to work with and very informative. He explained in detail everything that needed to be done and made sure that I understood. He also gave some options on how I could proceed with the whole job at once or if I wanted to do it in phases. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his explanations.
