Was one of many condos that had repiping done for our high and low rises. Found the job they did to be poor. First, they insisted they go through my kitchen instead of bathroom and then broke my counter top in 3 places, but insisted they were only liable for a couple hundred dollars, which is nothing compared to replacement costs. When they were "finished," they had left a big bag of old insulation in my living room, everything dusty and they changed who I was supposed to talk to twice. I am writing this though because 6 months after they leave I need to get behind my washer and dryer to reset an outlet and find they had left holes my wall, drywall all over the floor, molding un-replaced, and the hot and Cold water lines were mixed up. What awful representation of accountability, quality control and craftsmanship… Also found out they did not replace mounting screws on my corner cabinet when my shelves began to sag! I should’ve done a more thorough inspection when they were done, but honestly these guys were terrible.

I realize the project manager has a very taxing job, but he doesn't always give accurate information. We have been repiping done since 5/16/25 . It is now June 11,2025, and our master bathroom still has not been finished. The overall crew has been very good. They have been courteous and efficient.

I found the services of SageWater to be professional, responsive, and economical. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. The follow up after the job was nice as well and shows the company stands behind their work. Well done and Mahalo plenty!

This is an incredible company. They are doing a huge renovation project for our condo on Pensacola, and they have been the epitome of kind professionals on every level!!!! They gave us advance notice of all the work, options for the work, are friendly and nice! They are honest and total experts! My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!

Eb Sarnessar was terrific during my re-pipe at Niguel Beach Terrace at Strands Beach in Dana Point, CA. Not only did Eb arrive in person to introduce himself, he was in constant telephone contact with me regarding the re-pipe schedule. He and his crew were professional, clean and completed the job on time. Thank you Eb!

Sagewater started plumbing project in our building. Our unit is the first one started. They really did great job, neat, on time and I am very pleased. First with project manager Joseph Pak, who is a great leader, communicate well with residents, patient, very informative and updated us as soon as needed, along with his team members, London( carpenter), Nick ( plumber), and Chris (Drywall). They all friendly and a good team working together. I am very impressed by their team. Good job and thanks.

Sage water replaced all the pipes in our twin tower condominium in Honolulu. All the men were courteous, competent and responsive. My home was just a little disruptive to live during this huge project. The project manager, Eb Sarnessar, went way way above normal business practices to assure all the owners and renters experienced as little discomfort as possible. He gave his personal cell and home number to all of us. In many ways, he took care of all the owner’s issues himself. This is very unusual. This is a A1 plus company with great employees. My building, Yacht Harbor Towers, we were lucky to have Eb and his crew for this very expensive project!
