I felt comfortable asking questions, and with every selection we made to update our water heater, garbage disposal, and both toilets! A previous plumber told us the noise when we flushed would require cutting into the drywall to discover the problem. Still, Kaiden immediately knew what was happening and how to fix it without unnecessary repairs.

Mikes site visit was outstanding. He was on time and very professional. He explained each part of the service request in detail and answered all my questions. First-rate outfit, for sure. This call was only to review my work request and provide an estimate. Update: Mike and Andrew completed the install of my garage heat detector and Ring Floodlight camera. They arrived in a timely manner and completed all the work in less than 3 hours. They were both professional and polite, seeking my guidance and opinion along the way and ensuring I understood each step they were taking.
