I spent quite some time going through my options for toilet installation. I ultimately fell on this company to handle the job because of their good reputation. That reputation was proven to be truly deserved! Derek did an amazing job, absolutely 0 flaws in his work. He took his time but still managed to be quick and efficient. He informatively guided me through the different features of the toilet. Overall, great experience and amazing job.

Derek is a very professional plumber. I had previously hired other plumbers to repair my Kohler smart toilet, but they came twice and couldn’t fix the problem with very high price. After switching to his company, the first inspection and the second repair went very smoothly, and the issues was completely resolved

Had some issues with my old water heater and I decided to check these guys out! Did not disappoint. Their technician, Derek did a phenomenal job assuring the water heater was installed properly and ran tests to make sure. Super professional company thank you !

We had a problem with hydronic system which is more than 30 yrs old in hottest week of year and have a 90 yrs old lady in the house. And the sound the system makes was loud and almost falling apart so it was easy to figure out that it’s not a small problem. I dealt with few other companies past few years, and not every experience was pleasant with plumbing heating air companies. And also systems we have is not really great, it’s connected with associations, sharing boiler etc. but we needed someone to come out to diagnose the problem. That’s when I saw their sticky flyer from few months ago. I called, Kevin answered, he booked an appointment right next morning. After that everything went so well! Technician Jesus and Preston were so professional and good, the ladies in the office were sweet and helpful. We had little trouble shutting down water so couldn’t get it done on the day but they were so patient, and came back two days after to install the new system. I really appreciate the prompt, professional work and perfect customer service, specially Jesus and Preston. Thank you Kalka

Derek was awesome! He rebuilt the drains for the double vanity in our bathroom and it finally works properly. He was professional, courteous and I would definitely hire him and Kalka again. I even decided to get quotes for other household projects before he left since he did such a good job and the price was reasonable.

Derek Martinez was our tech and he was on time and very professional. He did a very nice job on our sophisticated Kohler smart toilet. All is good and we are very satisfied. In fact we are signing up for their very affordable PM (preventative maintenance) I think they also do a quick check on all plumbing fixtures in the house at that time too. I personally think this is a no brainer. It assures at least an extra 5+ years of service life from these expensive home systems in our California hard water environment. I know this may sound like a commercial and a staged review but as a retired General Building contractor I assure you this is my honest opinion. It's hard to find good help and I'm glad I found Kelka.

Daniel from kalka was fantastic! First off he’s super easy to deal with did multiple jobs in one day efficiently And has a very easy demeanor. I was also impressed with his overall knowledge and the way he can explain things for me to be able to interpret. Will use again when needed.
