I used re-pipe 1 for a whole house re-pipe in September after getting a great recommendation for my neighbor. Glad I did and went with them. They were very professional from start to finish and handled everything very quickly. It felt good going with a company that does this day in and day out specifically. Everyone from the repipe crew to the drywall patchers, was great. I normally do not leave reviews, but felt like it was worth calling out excellent customer service. After the whole re-pipe was done, I noticed that I had an increase in the water bill the month after. I, wrongly, thought that it was related to the whole house re-pipe and some kind of mistake that they made. Karina and Jenny were great in handling my complaint and got Enrique, one of the plumbers, to come out and help me diagnose the problem. We discovered that it was an unrelated issue. It is this kind of customer service that I think needs to be called out. Thanks again to Enrique for helping me out and Jenny for not brushing me off!

I hired repipe1 to repipe my house due to an unfortunate slab leak in the house. The crew that came to do the repipe was on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job. I was up and running after one day and the city inspection found no issues. The workmanship that the team did was great, they worked with me to make some small changes to hose bib locations. All in all they are very accommodating and know what they are doing. I did upgrade my plumbing to also include water treatment and a new tankless water heater and all those installations worked flawlessly. They did have to make a lot of access holes in my dry wall but the patch work was repaired so well, I think it looked better than before. Best of all, they cleaned up after they were done each day. Oh, the most important thing, I got quite a few quotes for repiping and repipe1’s prices were extremely competitive and I love the fact that they don’t contract out the work and all work are done by their employees. I highly recommend them to anyone that has to go through what I have to go through.

I had a leak and got several quotes before deciding to go with repipe1. Once they started, they were done repiping in 3 days. The patching only took one day. There were some things that were forgotten, but I was able to send a message to Sean, and he took care of things quickly. Overall, the customer service is great! They respond quickly and take care to do the job correctly. Plus, since having my whole house repiped with them in April, they have reached out to check in. Highly recommend repipe1 if you need to repipe your house. Also, Sean does a great job taking care of his customers. Sorry, I only took photos of the work before the patching.

Our neighbor detected a leak coming from our home and with all things plumbing, it quickly spiraled into a host of other issues. After contacting a few companies, we decided to go with Repipe 1 because of all their service, speed, and communication. The office team (Cruz and Veronica) were helpful and took the time to explain the entire process to us. From what the job entailed to how to prepare, and what to expect. Unlike other companies their quote also included the cost to patch, scheduling inspections, pulling permits, and putting texture back on the drywall. Most companies don’t include this and we appreciated the responsibility they took with this job. The service team was quick. They replaced the entire plumbing in our 2 bed, 2 bath home in 6 hours. They also had financing available for 0% APR for a 12 mo loan. It’s definitely worth getting an estimate from Repipe 1. I’ll be sure to add in photos once the water heater is installed.

Repipe1 performed an exceptional job repiping my entire house. We had copper pipes, which caused significant issues like pinhole and slab leaks since our house is 30 years old. My cousin recommended Repipe1, and I obtained a free estimate online. The next day, a representative visited the area, thoroughly explained the process, and we proceeded with the PEX repiping. My house is a detached condo with two toilets, a bathroom, and a half bathroom. In just six hours, they completed the repiping, and everything worked flawlessly. The entire process typically takes around 4-5 days, so ensure an adult is present in the house during that time. Approximately 30 holes will be in the ceiling and walls, but the repatch team did an excellent job fixing them, matching the texture perfectly. We only need to paint some areas. Overall, I highly recommend Repipe1 for their exceptional workmanship and lifetime warranty.

Utterly happy we went with Repipe1 for our home repipe! From the first call to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally and on time.
