Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Lester was my service technician today and did a great job. I had a leaking vanity and loose shower handle. He showed up within 2 hours of me calling, was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and left everything very clean. I was very happy with his work and really appreciate that they’re reliable for emergencies. The price was reasonable, especially considering the speed of coming to do the repairs. This was the second time that Lester has been sent to my house, for a different problem, and both times he was great. Thank you, Lester!

I am super pleased with Roto ROOTER!!! My elderly parents had a significant water leak in their house. Supervisors Brandon and Ed went out of their way to ensure that they were taken care of. Their patience and grace are so appreciated! They made the whole process from start to finish easy, keeping me informed the whole way. The technicians that came to the house to do the actual work were all friendly, polite, and did a great job with the water mitigation. Jenna who handled the invoicing was great as well. Mr. Ray was very professional throughout the entire process. He explained the process thoroughly. The reason for the service call was to flush the main drain to the house. A few days prior, we noticed an unusual foul smell. Mr. Ray did a camera scope and there seems to be a blockage around 52ft. He started flushing and a backup happened in 1 of the 1/2 bathrooms ( A Sewerage explosion everywhere in the entire bathroom.) Mr Ray reassured us that everything would be back to looking new and he did exactly what he said he cleaned the entire bathroom and had it smelling new and fresh. Highly recommend Mr. Ray.

Ray and his assistant came to my rescue today and did the most fantastic job. My tub train was seriously clogged and they worked so hard - success . Ray and Roto- Rooter are my new plumbers . Fair pricing. Wonderful to work with from beginning to end.
