Design West Mechanical

I couldn’t be happier with Design West Mechanical! They came out quickly when my Aunt's water heater started leaking and handled everything from removal to installing a brand new one. They arrived right on time, were professional and respectful in my home, and the pricing was more than fair. It’s such a relief to have dependable, honest plumbers I can trust highly recommend their residential plumbing services!

Accountable and very knowledgeable cuts to the chase. Love working with Joseph and crew gets the job done right every time. I used to hate calling a plumber they always give you the go around always want to do extra work that doesn’t need to be done. Calling them is peace of mind knowing that the job will get done right the first time.

Excellent quality work and service! I have used Design West for several jobs, including to fix poor quality work performed by another plumber. I won’t use anyone else!

We had an amazing experience. Joe and Tarryn are so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We appreciate them taking the time to come help us fix our sink on such short notice. We highly recommend Design West Mechanical and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Joe and his team has worked at my house and I recommend him to all my family and Freind’s because he’s very informative as well as professional. Gets the Job done and off to his next one. Highly recommended him for any plumbing problem

Great experience with Design West Mechanical! Called late on a Saturday evening and talked to Joe. Since it wasn't an immediate emergency, we agreed to address the issue on Sunday. Joe called to confirm in the morning, arrived 15 minutes later, and replaced the parts by noon. The repair cost was reasonable and Joe was professional and personable. I would recommend their services.

I had a floor drain backup and flood part of my basement on a Tuesday evening, I called and Joseph was out the next morning to start diagnosing and fixing the problem. The clean out was in a very odd spot under a cabinet and he was able to come up with a solution to get to it and snake the pipes without having to remove the the full cabinet. He was able to clean the pipe and also show me the integrity of the pipe and location of the pipes with his camera and locator. I will definitely be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs.
