I had an amazing experience with Cardinal Plumbing when I needed my water heater replaced in Greensboro. From the first call, Chrissy in the office was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting my appointment scheduled quickly. She made the process so smooth! The installation team was just as impressive. They arrived on time, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and handled the entire job with professionalism and efficiency. Had been looking for a plumber all day, so I decided to use Google AI, and it sent out requests. The nice lady that took my call after we was disconnected sent Dylan right out to us. This company was the only one that called us back and immediately. Dylan came out in the next hour. He didn't charge us to look at it and gave us a quote to install our hot water heater, which was cheaper than Lowe's installation quote. We gave him the go. He got it done in no time and also added the expansion tank. He educated us and explained the use for it and why it's needed, which we liked. He installed it with no problem and cleaned up any water that spilled and trash. Even took our old water heater with him. He did an awesome job. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. I called Cardinal plumbing out for a busted pipe in our home. They were able to get me on the schedule same day. Dylan was there in a timely manner and did a great job. The communication was great along with the Price being very reasonable. Job was cleaned up professionally.

Jaylen could not have been more courteous or professional. He tried everything before going to the last resort—removing the backed up toilet. We were impressed with how he approached his work. When he was confronted with the an extreme situation, he did not hesitate to call in his supervisor—which built my confidence in his knowledge and abilities. Good job, Jaylen!! Cardinal Plumbing & Drain Service is the absolute best company I have ever dealt with dealing with plumbing. Chrissy was very nice and pleasant to talk to when I called in to get an appointment.
