HEP is on the way

Patrick McGraw efficiently completed the replacement of the blower motor and capacitor in our HVAC package unit.. He also completed the cleaning of the blower fan and housing in our driveway. I was only disappointed in the fact that he left all the debris in the driveway. When he was closing his truck up, I commented that I would sweep it off the driveway when it dried, he did offer to wash it down. I thanked him and told him that I will take care of it.

Jacob Newman came and helped me out with my heatpump. He was so very nice and helped me so much. His partner Marty was very nice as well. Jacob explained everything to me and all of my options. I am glad he came out today.

He was quick and didn't leave a mess. It was done correctly and he was super friendly and good with our huge pups. He came that day!

Had a chance to have Jacob Newman assist us. His customer service was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As always HEP was great.

Called for HEP Help due to heater stopped working. John arrived the next morning and was able to locate the faulty wire and correct the low voltage issues, thus restoring my heat! So grateful! HEP is always quick to respond and had such respectful and knowledgeable techs!

Josh Butler is top notch. We talked through the solution I needed and had a great time doing it. Also, the solution he designed for was much simpler almost $2k cheaper than the competition, while still being up to code.

Over the past few days we've had Patrick, Ronald, Doug, and Gerod out to fix several issues with our heating system. Each of these gents were kind, professional, and clean. Our house is warm and the repair cost reasonable. Thanks team.
