I contacted Nick and several other "local" plumbers on a weekend. Nick responded immediately but was unavailable. But he answered a lot of questions and even replied to my question about another plumber's estimate. Over time I realized that the seemingly local plumbers were just people who would coordinate with local plumbers and likely just take a cut for themselves. In the end, I decided to wait for Nick just because he was so helpful even when I was initially planning on fixing my water heater before he returned from vacation. Nick did a great job of installing a tankless gas heater. He was fast and efficient, thorough, and cleaned-up after himself. Price seemed reasonable but honestly I didn't really price shop. Highly Recommended.

I highly recommend McDermott Plumbing! They care about what they are doing and did a great job. Even when the job became bigger and harder and plans had to be altered. They always explain the why's and how's to me. Being very professional yet caring, fair and always transparent with me. I wish I had hired them a few years ago, but at least I hired them now.

This business was very professuonal. The plumber came out and replaced my water heater the same day. He explained everything to me and quoted me a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used this business and I would highly recommend.

my conventional water heater has been leaking so I wanted to upgrade it to a tankless one. After getting quotes from many vendors, McDermott Plumbing provided the best pricing. Very reasonable based on my research. Nick is the owner, and he is extremely responsive. The work takes 1.5 hours and I thought he did a good job. I'd definitely going to hire him again for other plumbing needs

Nick was very informative and professional. He was able to diagnose my slab leak quickly, and offered a solution/quote on the spot. Even though the repairs went beyond the original quote he still honored it. 5/5 would use him again.
