Bought my house earlier this year. Too bad my property inspector was a loser and did not call out the 9-year-old water heater without a drain pan as a concern. That reminds me, I should review that crap company. Then again, he knows where I live... Anyways, 2 weeks ago as I was leaving the front door to walk my two dogs, I noticed a water leak coming from my garage. Sure enough, when I went to check on it, the water heater was leaking. I quickly turned off the water heater and shut the water valve. However, the damage was already done. The water had seeped into the drywall. FML. I immediately went into crisis mode and called American Home Shield. The first company they offered had really bad Yelp reviews. So I said "next" and they offered Alpha Plumbing. I said okay, reviews aren't too bad and I need some Alphas. Alpha called me within an hour and had Armen and Angel come by the next day. Armen looped the water line so that it would not enter the water heater and so that at least I could use cold water and he drained our 75-gallon water tank. He mentioned something else but the accent was hella' thick so I just said "uh huh, sure." After Armen and Angel left, I called Marina from Alpha to find out what the next step was. She suggested I call Daniel at Imperial Restoration to remove the damaged drywall and dry out the walls before mold were to grow. This was a great referral because Daniel and his son were awesome. But that should be a separate review as well. A lot of in-between steps were involved such as calling my insurance adjustor, calling a restoration company to repair the damage, etc. After the repairs were done, George and Angel from Alpha came by and installed the water heater as well as the drain pan and a drain pipe (additional fee not covered by the home warranty). George gave me great tips on making sure to call a plumber to drain the water heater annually since the water in Vegas is super hard. So after 12 long days of cold showers, I finally had hot water again. That first steaming shower felt like a spa day in heaven. Overall, Alpha Plumbing was awesome -- quick, transparent, and actually cared. My insurance company, on the other hand, is a little... frugal (that's another rant but damn it, he knows where I live too!). Ok, not going to lie, I haven't been around this many Armenians since I left Glendale, CA for the Bay Area 10 years ago before moving to Las Vegas this year. Armen, Daniel, George, honest bros, bro but only I am from Glendale haha.

George and Angel were the absolute best. They showed extreme professionalism, care, and expertise. I had a water leak at my water heater, they came extremely prompt and had the leak fixed within the hour. They were careful with my garage and explained the process. Would recommend to anyone in Las Vegas. Thanks again you guys!

Had a hot water issue at home on Monday, and I’m so glad to have been a subscriber with AHS (American Home Shield) since 2016 . Just a few hours after reporting it, I was contacted by Rimma from Alpha Plumbing LLC—she was very pleasant and helpful . We scheduled an appointment, and today Simon arrived to fix the problem. He was calm, cool, and clearly knowledgeable . He identified the issue right away and explained everything thoroughly. Simon, thank you for being awesome! Everything is up and running again—hot water is back!

The communications with the office as well as with the installation was superb. The only delay was with the Home Warranty people. Armon (the installation professional) was polite, courteous and professional. Old water heater was removed new hardware installed and the new water heater up and running was just a little over an hour. He even walked me through the temperature settings and annual draining procedures. Super happy with this company, thank you!

George was excellent, efficient and patient as I asked many questions. Alpha Plumbing was great all around although I am not thrilled with the time it took for American Home Shield to complete project.

Armen was a phenomenal service professional! Excellent job done replacing 2 cartridges (shower and sink.). Alpha plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that we’ve used in connection with AHS Home Warranty Services. Office staff were amazing as well. Highly recommended!

George was outstanding and very professional and informative. He explained everything to me in detail, and he was very accurate and I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism I recommend the company and of course I recommend George. I'm extremely happy.
