My water heater went out in the evening, and Sam from Butter Plumbing came out to help. He gave me all my options, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this company — they are helpful, honest, and truly listen.

Shawn came to our home to take a look at our 21 years old 50 gal. Tall gas hot water heater, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he told me about their different styles of water heaters, their company I believe is family owned and they stand by their selection. They had installed this water heater we have, the sticker says installed in 2004, that makes 21 years and basically it's still working, I have plenty of hot water when needed, and I was told we have good water pressure, but I didn't want to press my luck as it's already had a great 21 years, so of course I gave them a call.
