I initially contacted Loyalty to secure an apparent past water pipe "leak" as part of a purchase inspection. Long story short, I recalled Loyalty after a check valve failed and then again when the gas company determined my water heater was improperly vented. Eventually we had to replace the water heater with a properly vented one. Their quality of workmanship, the dedication to resolving the issue, and the commitment to completing the job were above and beyond my expectations. I could not have been more satisfied. I have since requested Loyalty to install a Hague water softening system with filter and reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Again, the product and quality of workmanship for installation was outstanding. Our water tastes great, ice cubes are crystal clear and the soft water is fantastic. Marlon, Jared, and Nick are professionals in every way. What I like best is that they give me confidence that things are done right with the best appliances for my need. I just renewed my club membership for another year knowing that all my plumbing needs will be attended promptly and correctly.

Loyalty Plumbing came out and promptly repaired my pressure regulator and a leak under the sink. The technician Ed was highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rodney and Adam showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and explained everything very thoroughly. They replaced 1 bathroom faucet and both angle stop valves for me and did a great job! I'll be honest, the price was a sticker shock for me but the reliability, professionalism, and job done right shows that you get what you pay for. I'll definitely use Loyalty Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

It was time to replace our anode rod in our water heater so we reached out to a few plumbing companies via yelp to get quotes. Alexy responded right away and we were able to confirm an appointment! We worked with Brian who was able to assess and give us a quote right away. The quote was super reasonable and he took the time to explain what was going on with our water heater as well as our options for the future. We felt very comfortable and confident in Brian’s services that we decided to go with Loyalty Plumbing that day. Brian was able to get our anode rod replaced during that same appointment - I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t have to make an additional appointment to have him come back! Loyalty Plumbing has a membership program that you can pay into, not unlike some other competitors. What sets Loyalty Plumbing apart is that we didn’t feel pushed into signing up. These guys were awesome. The process started with Brian coming out to go over what we needed done. He wasn’t pushy at all, just straightforward and really good at explaining the options and what’s considered best practice. I left that conversation feeling confident the work would be done right especially since another company had tried to push a full house re-pipe, which felt unnecessary and sales-driven. Once we scheduled the job, they had a small crew out within a few days. Jared and Adam handled most of the work in two days and came back briefly the next day to finish up. Both were professional, communicative, and took the time to walk me through what they were doing and any decisions that needed to be made. Just an all-around great team. The price was very fair, and they even matched the quote from the other company. Altogether it came out to about $6,000 with a few add-ons after the fact. If I ever need plumbing work again, this is the company I’m calling. I don’t go for the cheapest option I go with the one that does it right and follows through, and Loyalty definitely did that.

Marlon came by to check the water heater issue. I wasn’t getting any hot water. He not only diagnosed the water heater but took a look at the water pressure valve, the dip tube and noticed it was corroded and needed replacement. I was in the middle of my work shift and made it super easy to decide what to do next. He let me know my warranty was still active and simplified the process to get my repairs done through warranty without having to make any calls. Thank you Marlon!!

We have used Loyalty twice now, we are new to the LV area and both times they have provided excellent service. Brian was the tech that came out today and he was professional, fast, and the price was fair. I had him install a reverse osmosis system and he had it done swiftly. I high recommend Loyalty for any plumbing issue.
