Joe was great. Honestly, I initially was going to get just an estimate but the price and his professionalism sold me. He fixed my hot water valve issue and I even had him rod my tub. He also did little incidentals as a compliment. I’ll definitely return for service & recommend to others. Thanks Joe.

I’ve used Rooter Ranger before, and when it was time to replace my water heater, I got several quotes. Most companies felt pushy, but Joe Flores was professional and straightforward. Joe and trainee Moises handled the installation and went above and beyond. They installed the new tank with all the proper parts, corrected issues from the old setup, and even fixed an unrelated emergency problem on the spot. Joe also explained the need for a water pressure reducing valve, something many Las Vegas homeowners may not know about. I know for sure my house has needed one for years! I’m very glad I chose Rooter Ranger again!

Joe Torres arrived promptly at the start of the window of time we were given, diagnosed the issue with my water heater quickly, and provided options for me to consider. After discussing the various options with Joe it was easy for me to make my decision. My new water heater was installed just a few hours later. I have worked with Preston over the years as he has promoted through various companies. I am glad to see he found his home at Rooter Ranger. It seems to be a nice fit. I recommend them to my neighbors when they have any plumbing issues.

I had used Rooterranger Plumbing before & was beyond impressed. This time around was even more impressive. Our house backed up out of every drain during my morning shower at 5 am. I called them by 6am, just expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, an actual human answered my call for help. She was very sweet & scheduled an appointment for me early that same day. JOE Flores showed up & saved my day. He did a thorough inspection & found the problem right away. Turns out there was a giant amount of grease that was clogging the house from the kitchen drain all the way down the main drain, 30 years in the making! He showed me the video & after rootering it, we decided to have the drains jet flushed. This took about 4hrs. To complete & flushed every inch of the clinging hardened grease out of all my drains. The price was reasonable and totally gives me peace of mind now that I am probably good for years without having to deal with this ever again. Worth it! Also, I just want to add that their plumber Joe Flores was super personable, smart, & left everything clean after this big messy job was complete . I honestly couldn't have been happier

Luciano, Skyler, and Matt were the ones who initially came to our service call. They were polite and professional and explored all options for us. Once we set our plan and place Greg with the one who initiated and completed all the work. Greg is a very hard worker and a very professional person we are satisfied with all the work that was completed. My only suggestion is to provide a more adequate after work cleaning option. As much as Greg did to prevent the dust, it was still inevitable. Your company should offer some sort of cleaning service or discounted rate on a cleaning service once plumbing services are done. Overall kudos to the team.

We Had some family come out and filled up more than just our house. We called Rooter Ranger and they took us out of danger. They sent us one of their best. Josè, thanks my guy... you're a Vegas Original! Fermè!!!
