My 21 yr old water heater was leaking. Dan responded quickly, assessed the situation and gave me a quote over text, and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He and his son worked quickly and efficiently, and were respectful of my home. Dan kept me in the loop with regular updates, explaining what he had to do and why, asking for input and communicating options. I appreciate a straight shooter - no playing games with pricing. Overall, I would recommend Dan for any plumbing issue, and I will not hesitate to call him again if and when the need arises.

Dan literally defines the meaning of integrity!! A phenomenal communicator he replaced our water heater quickly, efficiently and got it done at a remarkable price!! We recently had our natural gas tankless water heater repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. We called for several backed up drains. Dan said he would be there within a day, and he was. He came analyzed the problems and fixed them quickly and effectively. I appreciated the honest communication for scheduling conflicts. He also pointed out some other plumbing issues we were unaware of. No pressure for the sale but just making us aware of safety issues. Dealing with things that go wrong in your home is always something that gives a homeowner a certain level of anxiety because you never know who's coming into your home you never know if they're going to tell you something correct or incorrect, what the cost is or if they're gonna price gouge you or even make matters worse. I'm a huge Proponent for handymen, entrepreneurs, and small family owned businesses. The big businesses are money/numbers driven whereas small businesses want to make sure that you are taken care of correctly and want to build a rapport with you and not just take your money and that's how I felt with TNT Plumbing. Dan was very educated on his craft and very professional and humble. Dan and his apprentice gave me advisements on how to care for my unleveled tub that the big company that came out to see my issue a week ago never even mentioned. My mind is at ease and I'm appreciative!

We called Dan because of slow tub / toilet drainage. It turned out to be a block in our main sewer line. Dan & team worked to replace the line on a 100F day. They went above and beyond for us, turning a 2 day project into a 1/2 day, saving us money and getting our system up and running sooner. Highly recommend
