Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Paul is very conscientious and clean technician. He diagnosed the situation and explained he how was going to unclog our kitchen sink and how much. We authorized the work. When he finished, he cleaned up his work area and sanitized his work area. Paul is a very knowledgeable technician and a very valuable asset to your company. I'll will recommend Roto Rooter to everyone I know. We had very pleasant experience.

Raphael was genuinely AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how kind and patient he was in explaining the process and all possible outcomes/next steps. I am very impressed by the great service that such a large company like Roto Rooter gives customers. The first Roto-Rooter plumber was very personable & said my garbage disposal was all fixed. However, when I tried using it for the first time a few days later, it had the same problem (humming noise). Since the work had a 6-month warranty, I called to get someone else to come out. I then got a call from the first guy--apparently they assigned the same person to the job. He told me the work wasn't covered by the warranty, that it only applied to new products. I said that wasn't true. He then asked what I put down the garbage disposal. I said about a tablespoon of wet cat food. He said you can't put cat food down the garbage disposal. He told me I needed to buy a new one. I knew he was lying to I said I was going to call the company and report him. When I called Roto-Rooter again, they agreed with me that the work was covered by the warranty and that of course you can put cat food down the garbage disposal. The next person to come out admitted that they work on commission. He showed me how to use an allen wrench to fix it myself. All things considered, I feel ripped off--it cost me $358 to fix something that just needed a few turns of the allen wrench. I won't be calling this company again.

Had an emergency kitchen blockage on a Sunday. Called a couple of places, Roto-Rooter got back to me right away, had a technician out in an hour. Raphael the technician showed up on time, he was very respectful, had things evaluated quickly. Signed up for the scope of work right then and there and he had things done in an hour and also gave me some advice on how to prevent clogs in the future. One big thing is that he also took the time to clean up which I really appreciate. Super glad I called, if I need plumbing in the future this will be my go to.
