I got home late after work one day and there was water leaking from my ceiling fan. Before I knew it my whole kitchen was flooding and it was spilling out into the rest of my unit. I was so scared and overwhelmed. I had a hard time finding a plumber to come out for immediate emergency services. I was up through the night emptying buckets of water every 15 minutes. Sara's Best Plumbing was the only place that could come before 8am the next day. They sent out a mitigation company that helped stop the water and get the drying process started around 5am. They sent out Arnold and Jack who started cutting into the ceiling to try to find the source. Sara came by off and on to make sure things were running smoothly. She along with Arnold worked through the evening into the night to really narrow in on the problem which was coming from the unit above me. Another guy David came by to help with clean up. They were all so helpful, kind, and patient. I was spiraling and completely overwhelmed. They were very reassuring they would find the problem, which they did. My HOA had to take over the tail end of the repair on the busted pipe since that's their responsibility, but I would call out Sara's Best Plumbing again hands down. Good people there. Highly recommend.

We had a water leak in our shower. I reached out to Sara's best via Yelp and immediately received a response. I spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and professional. She helped schedule a consultation that worked around my child's nap time. Chester and another associate (I did not catch his name) arrived on time and looked professional. They were extremely respectful our home. Both gentlemen tried different methods to get to the route of the problem. The work was going to be more invasive than we had hoped. Although they had available to fix the issue right then, we scheduled for the next day. Fernando arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of our home as well. He was able to fix the valve without cutting into our wall which was a pleasant surprise. He worked efficiently and neatly. He was so sweet to our son and pup too. We had other quotes for this project and although Sara's Best came in a bit high initially, they did end up being the best price for the standard of professionalism and work. They provided great service. We would use them again and also recommend them.

After 2.5 yrs of a dripping tub/shower spout I'm Very Happy to report it has been Fixed by Master Plumber Nick & newbie Chester from Sara's Best Plumbing; and true to the company name Sara's Best Plumbing is the Best!!! Sara employs the Best people from receptionist/scheduler Jessica who puts you at ease & keeps you updated with a text message as to when the plumber/ technicians are on their way to your residence and an ETA! This is a nice touch an very much Appreciated. Master Plumber Nick, kept my husband and myself entertained in conversation while keeping us updated to his findings of the situation, doing an Excellent job repairing the dripping spout and teaching Chester by providing him some hands on experience when deemed appropriate. I knew my shower valve needed to get replaced and it was a slighter bigger job because I had old trim valve so they needed to cut open my tiles. Every step of using Sara’s Plumbing was easy. Nick came out and assessed the situation the day after I called. A day later Pedro showed up to do the work (with a 20 minute text heads up). He was meticulous and so friendly his hardworking and positive attitude immediately put me at ease. He did beautiful work with the plate and tiles. Unfortunately the shower handle visually was not my favorite (not the plumber’s fault) and was sticking out too far and I called to see if there was anything they could do to sink it into the wall. Pedro and Jack came back and immediately said they wanted me happy and would work to change how the pipe sat in the wall. There was zero pushback and they were so nice and helpful in a situation that was not their making. Now I have a beautiful shower and local plumbers I like and trust. I really appreciate the communication of Jessica, the assessment of Nick, and Pedro’s hard work. I highly recommend Sara’s plumbing. I also appreciate them putting on shoe booties every time they come in the house and keeping the area as clean as possible.

Nick from Sara's Best Plumbing service came out to my parents house on June 25 to fix a upstairs toilet that wouldn't fill properly. After diagnosing the problem he was able get the parts he needed from his truck and quickly replaced the part that flows water into the tank within an hour. Thanks Nick for the terrific service you provided. This is the second time my family has used Sara's Best Plumbing service to fix a plumbing situation at my folks house and the service agents have always provided fast, excellent work. Highly recommend Sara's kind outstanding plumbers to get the job done for your Plumbing needs!

Sara has worked on many of my home’s plumbing issues over the years, and I was very excited when she opened her own business! I had complete confidence that her new business would be a successful due to her and her crew’s hard work, attention to detail, punctuality and reasonable prices. Plumbers Sara, Fernando, Nick and David all did excellent work, as well as Frank who repaired the drywall. I highly recommend them!
