I had a last minute need so that I could get my new washer and dryer installed. This company was recommended to me by a friend, so i gave them a call. This was Saturday. I sent a pic of the issue and got a quote and was given a 4 hour window of arrival. They got here in 2 hours and fixed the issue. I was quite impressed with the work and fast response. Give them a try!
I was not impressed with these plumbers. The Insurance company sent them over for a shower handle that was broken. They claimed that they never heard of the brand and it was low end. It actually was a very high end brand, Fluid and they had no idea what they were talking about.
Had a total blockage on Sunday morning. Came in about 2 hours and unclogged. everything!! Price was reasonable, the stuff was helpful who explained everything and went through during the process. Very impressed with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!
Mike was great to work with! We had multiple issues for which we placed a claim through our home warranty. Mike was easy to communicate with, worked with my husband and me to schedule a convenient time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. He talked to us about what our issues were, helped us understand them, and quickly fixed them on his first visit to our house. We will be going to him with all our future plumbing needs!

Horrible service. Hermes filed a bogus report for First American Home warranty saying that Hermes plumbing can't repair the leak in my toilet. They couldn't find where the leak was coming from and filed the bogus report that there was a crack in the toilet due to the bathroom floor was uneven. Anyone familiar with plumbing knows this is absolutely nonsense Specially when there's no visible crack in the toilet bowl. I hired the plumber that is doing all the plumbing in the building
I've worked with many plumbers and simply put, these guys were awesome. We had a difficult leak and they were really smart with how they went after it. We're lucky to have found them with an online search. I highly recommend them. Great communication!
